Abstract

Provided is a hair styler including: a hand-grip to which a power wire is connected and which has a switch for turning on and off the power; a heating part which is continuously mounted at one side of the hand-grip to emit heat when a user makes hair styling; and a hairstyling part which is combined with the heating part, is fixed by mounting bolts, and is formed by insert-molding of metal and synthetic resin to easily transfer heat for doing hairstyling. The hair styler can fix up even severely curly hair by heat because hair is put between the hairstyling elements while moving in a state where one side of the hairstyling bodies of the hairstyling part gets in contact with the scalp, and can make hairstyling that the user wants using hair styling products.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A hair styler comprising:
a hand-grip ( 100 ) to which a power wire is connected and which has a switch ( 130 ) for turning on and off the power; a heating part ( 200 ) which is continuously mounted at one side of the hand-grip ( 100 ) to emit heat when a user makes hair styling; a hairstyling part ( 300 ) which is combined with the heating part ( 200 ) and is formed by insert-molding of metal and synthetic resin to easily transfer heat for doing hairstyling; mounting bolts ( 350 ) which are fit and fastened into a plurality of hairstyling elements ( 320 ) of the hairstyling part ( 300 ) so that the hairstyling elements ( 320 ) can move from side to side; and a cover ( 360 ) which is covered and combined on the hairstyling part ( 300 ) to protect hair from heat and dust of the hairstyling part ( 300 ).

2 . The hair styler according to claim 1 , wherein the heating part ( 200 ) comprises:
a heating member ( 210 ) which is mounted at one side of the hand-grip ( 100 ) to generate heat; and heat conduction plates ( 220 ) which are respectively mounted at both sides of the heating member ( 210 ) to transfer heat of the heating member ( 210 ) to the hairstyling part ( 300 ).

3 . The hair styler according to claim 1 , wherein the hairstyling part ( 300 ) comprises:
a joining member ( 310 ) which is mounted at one side of the hand-grip ( 100 ) in a state where the heating part ( 200 ) is combined to the center thereof; a plurality of hairstyling elements ( 320 ) which are located at one side of the joining member ( 310 ) in the state where the heating part ( 200 ) is combined to the center thereof and are fixed by a plurality of the mounting bolts ( 350 ); and a finishing member ( 330 ) which is joined at one side of the heating part ( 200 ) and at one side of a plurality of the hairstyling elements ( 320 ) and is fastened by a plurality of the mounting bolts ( 350 ).

4 . The hair styler according to claim 3 , wherein the hairstyling element ( 320 ) comprises:
a hot plate ( 321 ) which has a joining hole ( 321 - 1 ) coupled with the heating part ( 200 ) and a second bolt hole ( 321 - 2 ) coupled with the mounting bolt ( 350 ) and which is made of copper or aluminum with high heat conductivity and is formed at the central portion to receive heat from the heating part ( 200 ); and a hairstyling body ( 322 ) which is formed on the outer circumference of the hot plate ( 321 ) and is formed in an arrowhead by insert-molding of synthetic resin so that hair can be located between the hairstyling elements ( 320 ) when the user combs hair.

5 . The hair styler according to claim 3 , wherein the hairstyling element ( 320 ) is formed like a convex lens so that the hairstyling element ( 32 ) can move in the direction of hair when the user combs hair, and the heating part ( 200 ) is combined to the center of the hairstyling element ( 320 ) and is fastened by the mounting bolt ( 350 ).

6 . The hair styler according to claim 3 , wherein the hairstyling element ( 320 ) moves from side to side based on the heating part ( 200 ) and the mounting bolt ( 350 ).

7 . The hair styler according to claim 1 , wherein the hairstyling part ( 300 ) comprises: a rotating member ( 340 ) which is combined to the heating part ( 200 ) and the mounting bolt ( 350 ) in a movable manner and is mounted between the hairstyling elements ( 320 ) so that hair is fixed up while moving in the direction of the hair.

8 . The hair styler according to claim 7 , wherein the rotating member ( 340 ) is formed in an oval shape between the hairstyling elements 320 , so that the hairstyling element ( 320 ) can move from side to side at an interval of one of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm.

9 . The hair styler according to claim 1 , wherein the hairstyling part ( 300 ) comprises:
a joining member ( 310 ) which is mounted at one side of the hand-grip ( 100 ) in a state where the heating part ( 200 ) is forcedly combined to the center thereof; a plurality of hairstyling elements 320 which are located at one side of the joining member ( 310 ) in the state where the heating part ( 200 ) is combined to the center thereof and are fixed by a plurality of the mounting bolts ( 350 ); a gap forming member ( 323 ) mounted between the hairstyling elements ( 320 ) to form a gap to fix up hair using heat transferred from the heating part ( 200 ); and a finishing member ( 330 ) which is joined at one side of the heating part ( 200 ) and at one side of a plurality of the hairstyling elements ( 320 ) and is fastened by the mounting bolts ( 350 ).

10 . The hair styler according to claim 9 , wherein the gap forming member ( 323 ) is mounted at one side of the hairstyling element ( 320 ) to form a gap within a range of 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm, so that the user can fix up hair, which is located between gaps, by the hot plate ( 321 ).

11 . The hair styler according to claim 4 , wherein the hairstyling element ( 320 ) moves from side to side based on the heating part ( 200 ) and the mounting bolt ( 350 ).
