Abstract

An electronic cigarette and a method for manufacturing electronic cigarette is provided. The method includes: providing an atomizer assembly mounting base; the atomizer assembly mounting base includes an elastic body; the elastic body includes a top end surface, a bottom end surface opposite to the top end surface, and two holes extending from the top end surface in a direction toward the bottom end surface, the bottom of the holes include a stopping wall for separating the hole and the bottom end surface; providing the atomizer assembly including a heating member and two wires connected to the heating member; mounting the atomizer assembly to the atomizer assembly mounting base; inserting the wires into the holes from the top end surface respectively, and further extend into the bottom of the atomizer assembly mounting base by piercing through the stopping wall, thereby enabling the wires being installed easily and enhancing sealability.

1 . A method for manufacturing an electronic cigarette, comprising:
 providing a atomizer assembly mounting base for mounting an atomizer assembly of the electronic cigarette; wherein the atomizer assembly mounting base comprises an elastic body; the elastic body comprises a top end surface, a bottom end surface opposite to the top end surface, and two holes extending from the top end surface in a direction toward the bottom end surface, the bottom of the holes comprise a stopping wall for separating the hole and the bottom end surface;   providing the atomizer assembly, wherein the atomizer assembly comprises a heating member and two wires connected to the heating member respectively;   mounting the atomizer assembly to the atomizer assembly mounting base; and   inserting the wires into the holes from the top end surface respectively, and further extending into the bottom of the atomizer assembly mounting base by piercing through the stopping wall.   
     
     
         2 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprising:
 dispensing glue to the surface of the stopping wall opposite to the holes to secure the wires.   
     
     
         3 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprises steps for assembling the atomizer assembly mounting base:
 providing the elastic body, wherein the elastic body further comprises a central hole extending from the top end surface to the bottom end surface, the holes are arranged around the first central hole;   providing a rigid support; wherein the rigid support comprises a first inserting portion, a main portion, a second inserting portion, the first inserting portion and the second inserting portion are coupled to a top side and a bottom side of the main portion respectively; and   plugging the second inserting portion into the first central hole, to fix the rigid support to the elastic body.   
     
     
         4 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprises steps for assembling the atomizer assembly:
 providing an air flowing pipe; wherein the sidewall of the air flowing pipe defines two opposite holes and a cut communicating with the holes;   providing a wick;   providing a heating member;   engaging the heating member with a middle portion of the wick;   pressing the air flowing pipe with an external force, to split off two parts of the air flowing pipe divided by the cut to form an open;   placing the wick into the holes via the open, with the middle portion being disposed within the air flowing pipe and opposite ends extending out of the air flowing pipe;   providing a positioning sleeve; and   sleeving the positioning sleeve on a portion of the air flowing pipe corresponding to the cut.   
     
     
         5 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprising:
 providing a cylindrical housing;   providing a tubular tool; and   inserting the tubular tool sleeve into the atomizer assembly mounting base, and plugging the combination of the atomizer assembly mounting base and the atomizer assembly into the cylindrical housing by the tubular tool.   
     
     
         6 . An electronic cigarette, comprising a atomizer assembly mounting base; wherein the atomizer assembly mounting base comprises an elastic body; the elastic body comprises a top end surface, a bottom end surface opposite to the top end surface, and two holes extending from the top end surface in a direction toward the bottom end surface, the bottom of the holes comprise a stopping wall for separating the hole and the bottom end surface; the stopping wall defines a piercing hole. 
     
     
         7 . The electronic cigarette as described in  claim 6 , further comprising an atomizer assembly; wherein the atomizer assembly comprises a heating member and two wires connected to the heating member; the atomizer assembly is mounted to the atomizer assembly mounting base; the wires are inserted into the holes from the top end surface respectively, and are further disposed within the piercing hole.

The electronic cigarette as described in  claim 7 , wherein the elastic body further comprises a central hole extending from the top end surface to the bottom end surface, the holes are arranged around the first central hole; the rigid support comprises a first inserting portion, a main portion, a second inserting portion, the first inserting portion and the second inserting portion are coupled to a top side and a bottom side of the main portion respectively; the second inserting portion is plugged into the first central hole, to fix the rigid support to the elastic body. 
     
     
         9 . The electronic cigarette as described in  claim 7 , wherein the surface of the stopping wall opposite to the holes is dispensed with glue to secure the wires.

The electronic cigarette as described in  claim 7 , wherein the atomizer assembly comprises an air flowing pipe, a wick, a heating member and a positioning sleeve; the air flowing pipe is mounted to the atomizer assembly mounting base, and the sidewall of the air flowing pipe defines two opposite holes and a cut communicating with the holes; the heating member is engaged with a middle portion of the wick; the wick is placed into the holes, with the middle portion being disposed within the air flowing pipe and opposite ends extending out of the air flowing pipe; the positioning sleeve is sleeved on a portion of the air flowing pipe corresponding to the cut. 
     
     
         11 . The method as described in  claim 2 , further comprises steps for assembling the atomizer assembly mounting base:
 providing the elastic body, wherein the elastic body further comprises a central hole extending from the top end surface to the bottom end surface, the holes are arranged around the first central hole;   providing a rigid support; wherein the rigid support comprises a first inserting portion, a main portion, a second inserting portion, the first inserting portion and the second inserting portion are coupled to a top side and a bottom side of the main portion respectively; and   plugging the second inserting portion into the first central hole, to fix the rigid support to the elastic body.   
     
     
         12 . The method as described in  claim 2 , further comprises steps for assembling the atomizer assembly:
 providing an air flowing pipe; wherein the sidewall of the air flowing pipe defines two opposite holes and a cut communicating with the holes;   providing a wick;   providing a heating member;   engaging the heating member with a middle portion of the wick;   pressing the air flowing pipe with an external force, to split off two parts of the air flowing pipe divided by the cut to form an open;   placing the wick into the holes via the open, with the middle portion being disposed within the air flowing pipe and opposite ends extending out of the air flowing pipe;   providing a positioning sleeve; and   sleeving the positioning sleeve is sleeved on a portion of the air flowing pipe corresponding to the cut.   
     
     
         13 . The method as described in  claim 2 , further comprising:
 providing a cylindrical housing;   providing a tubular tool; and   inserting the tubular tool sleeve into the atomizer assembly mounting base, and plugging the combination of the atomizer assembly mounting base and the atomizer assembly into the cylindrical housing by the tubular tool.   
     
     
         14 . The electronic cigarette as described in  claim 8 , wherein the atomizer assembly comprises an air flowing pipe, a wick, a heating member and a positioning sleeve; the air flowing pipe is mounted to the atomizer assembly mounting base, and the sidewall of the air flowing pipe defines two opposite holes and a cut communicating with the holes; the heating member is engaged with a middle portion of the wick; the wick is placed into the holes, with the middle portion being disposed within the air flowing pipe and opposite ends extending out of the air flowing pipe; the positioning sleeve is sleeved on a portion of the air flowing pipe corresponding to the cut. 
     
     
         15 . The electronic cigarette as described in  claim 9 , wherein the atomizer assembly comprises an air flowing pipe, a wick, a heating member and a positioning sleeve; the air flowing pipe is mounted to the atomizer assembly mounting base, and the sidewall of the air flowing pipe defines two opposite holes and a cut communicating with the holes; the heating member is engaged with a middle portion of the wick; the wick is placed into the holes, with the middle portion being disposed within the air flowing pipe and opposite ends extending out of the air flowing pipe; the positioning sleeve is sleeved on a portion of the air flowing pipe corresponding to the cut.
