Air-channel structure of paintball gun
Abstract
The present disclosure illustrates an air-channel structure of a paintball gun. The paintball gun has a gun handle and a front handle at a bottom portion of a gun body, a front section and a back section of a pipe are disposed inside the front handle and the gun handle respectively, and a center section of the pipe is extended between the front handle and the gun handle. The high pressure gas of the gas tank can be flowed into an air channel inside the gun body via the pipe. The center section of the pipe and the front handle are located at a front side and bottom side of the trigger for use as a trigger guard.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An air-channel structure of a paintball gun, the paintball gun comprising a gun body, and a gun handle and a front handle disposed at a bottom portion of the gun body, the gun body provided with a barrel and a gunlock set, the gun body having a first air channel which is provided to input high pressure gas for the gunlock set triggering a paint ball; the gun handle provided with a triggering set which controls the gunlock set to trigger the paint ball, and the gun handle having an intake valve disposed at a bottom portion thereof and connected with a gas tank containing the high pressure gas, the triggering set having a trigger exposed between the gun handle and the front handle, a trigger guard disposed around a front side and a bottom side of the trigger, the air-channel structure comprising:
a pipe, comprising a front section, a center section and a back section, the front section located inside the front handle, the back section located inside the gun handle, the center section located at the bottom side of the trigger and extended between the gun handle and the front handle, the pipe having a second air channel, wherein an end of the second air channel of the pipe inside the gun handle is communicated with the intake valve and the gas tank connected with the intake valve, and other end of the second air channel of the pipe inside the front handle is communicated with the first air channel, the front handle and the center section of the pipe are located at the front side and the bottom side of the trigger to form the trigger guard.
2 . The air-channel structure of the paintball gun as defined in claim 1 , wherein the pipe is hollow and bent, and inside the gun handle the pipe has an intake end extended to the bottom portion of the gun handle and connected the intake valve, and inside the front handle the pipe has an outlet end extended to a top of the front handle and connected to the bottom portion of the gun body, the second channel of the pipe is directly communicated between the intake valve and the first air channel.
3 . The air-channel structure of the paintball gun as defined in claim 2 , wherein the gun handle and the front handle are made of plasticity material, a metal piece is fixed at the intake end of the pipe and combined at the bottom portion of the gun handle, and the intake valve is fixedly connected with the metal piece at the bottom portion of the gun handle.
4 . The air-channel structure of the paintball gun as defined in claim 1 , wherein the back section of the pipe is connected with the gun handle at the bottom side of the trigger, and the front section of the pipe is connected with the front handle, the gun handle has a third air channel inside and the bottom end of the gun handle is communicated with the intake valve; the front handle has a fourth air channel inside and a top end of the front handle is communicated with the first air channel, the intake valve and the first air channel are indirectly communicates with each other via the two ends of the second air channel sealingly connected with the third air channel and the fourth air channel.
5 . The air-channel structure of the paintball gun as defined in claim 4 , wherein the gun handle has a first mounting hole close to the bottom end of the trigger, the first mounting hole is disposed along a widthwise direction of the gun handle, and the third air channel is communicated between the first mounting hole and the intake valve; the front handle has a second mounting hole at the bottom portion thereof, the second mounting hole is disposed along a widthwise direction of the front handle and aligned with the first mounting hole, the fourth air channel is communicated between the second mounting hole and the first air channel;
wherein an end of the pipe is linked with the first mounting hole at the gun handle, and other end of the pipe is linked with the second mounting hole at the front handle, the two ends of the second air channel are disposed inside the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole respectively, and sealingly communicated with the third air channel and the fourth air channel respectively.
6 . The air-channel structure of the paintball gun as defined in claim 5 , wherein the second air channel passes through the two ends of the pipe along a lengthwise direction of the pipe, and at the two ends of the pipe, two ends of the second air channel are airtightly plugged by plugs, respectively;
wherein the pipe has through holes located at positions communicated with the third air channel and the fourth air channel, and the through holes radially pass through the pipe to communicate with the second air channel.
7 . The air-channel structure of the paintball gun as defined in claim 6 , wherein the pipe is provided with seal rings disposed at two sides of through holes respectively, to prevent leakage of the high pressure gas.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
