Abstract

The invention relates to a system for preventing the tampering and re-packaging of containers made from glass, plastic or other materials, taking the form of a device having a double wall of glass and a series of mechanisms ensuring that the double wall is stained at the moment the bottle is opened. The main advantage of the device is that since the ink is released inside a double wall of glass, the person can see in real time if the bottle is from the company, without opening the bottle and prior to consuming the product contained therein. An additional advantage is that the ink is totally isolated from the product by means of one of the glass walls, such that the composition of the product is not altered by the components of the security ink.

A system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material, which is formed by a cap, a nozzle, a seals system coupled to the nozzle and at least one capillary, the system characterized in that the cap of the container ( 1 ) is coupled to an outer seal ( 4 ) by a thread ( 3 ) disposed on the upper part of the seal; a second inner safety seal ( 7 ) is coupled on the thread ( 3 ) of the seal ( 4 ), this seal is formed by a tubular-shaped plastic seal which goes from the thread of the cap ( 3 ) to the nozzle ( 119 ; the cap of the container as adhered thereto a half ring-shaped piece ( 2 ) which is coupled to another half ring piece ( 5 ), this piece features a protuberance in the form of a palette ( 6 ) which is disposed between the outer seal ( 4 ) and an inner seal ( 7 ); the outer seal ( 4 ) features a surface where the annular pieces ( 2 ) and ( 5 ) are located, on this surface a rail with a channel ( 12 ) is disposed which allows the passage of the palette ( 6 ), the seal has a tubular body with greater diameter which is fixed to the outer part of the nozzle of the bottle; adjacent to the palette ( 6 ) an ink ampoule ( 8 ) is disposed, located on an annular support piece ( 9 ) and retained by the perpendicular protuberance of the annular support ( 9 ) and the palette ( 6 ), the ampoule having in its lower part a valve connecting the ampoule and the capillary ( 10 ), which is formed as a double wall tubular cavity on the nozzle ( 11 ). 
     
     
         2 . A system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material according to  claim 1 , wherein the inner seal ( 7 ) is formed from several tubes with different diameters which match with the diameters of the thread ( 3 ) and the nozzle ( 11 ), and wherein the volume of the capillary ( 10 ) is similar to the volume of the ampoule. 
     
     
         3 . A system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material according to  claim 1 , wherein the nozzle ( 11 ) comprises two diametrically opposed capillaries, which are located on the periphery of the nozzle preferably at 180° to each other, wo ampoules each adjacent to each capillary and disposed on an annular support ( 9 ) comprising two perpendicular protuberances each disposed to retain an ampoule, and therein the nozzle ( 11 ) also may comprise multiple capillaries disposed on its periphery; the system comprising a number of ampoules and palettes which is the same as the number of capillaries, wherein the palettes are distributed in an equal number on the rings ( 2 ) and ( 5 ); likewise, the annular support features a number of protuberances which is the same as the number of capillaries. 
     
     
         4 . A system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material according to  claim 1 , wherein a second palette ( 6 ) is disposed on the ring ( 2 ) of the cap ( 1 ) and wherein this palette passes through the outer seal ( 4 ) through a second groove ( 12 ). 
     
     
         5 . A system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material according to  claim 1 , wherein the nozzle ( 11 ) comprises a circular capillary formed as a complete groove formed on the entire periphery of glass of the nozzle. 
     
     
         6 . A system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material according to  claim 1 , wherein the nozzle ( 11 ) comprises a capillary ( 10 ) which is curved towards the left, and wherein also the nozzle ( 11 ) may comprise a capillary ( 10 ) which is curved towards the right. 
     
     
         7 . A system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material according to  claim 1 , wherein the nozzle ( 11 ) comprises multiple capillaries curved towards the left, towards the right or combinations thereof. 
     
     
         8 . A method for the manufacturing of the nozzles ( 11 ) of a system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material, the method comprising the steps of:
 providing a circular mold for the nozzle with rotational geometry,   locating a perpendicular pin on the surface of the mold,   pouring liquid plastic or glass material on the mold,   removing the mold,   wherein on the mold two or more pins perpendicular to the surface thereof are located, and a circular ring ( 15 ) perpendicular to the surface of the mold is located.   
     
     
         9 . A method for assembling a cap for a system for preventing tampering and re-packaging of containers made of glass, plastic or other material, the method comprising the steps of:
 coupling the cap ( 1 ) to the half ring piece ( 5 ),   introducing the palette ( 6 ) of ring ( 5 ) into the groove ( 12 ) of the outer seal ( 4 ),   coupling an outer seal ( 4 ) with a second inner safety seal ( 7 ),   locating an ink ampoule ( 8 ) on an annular support piece ( 9 ) in the space formed between the outer safety ( 4 ) and inner ( 7 ) seals,   supporting the ampoule with the palette ( 6 ) of the ring ( 5 ),   coupling the nozzle ( 11 ) of the container inside the outer seal ( 4 ),   connecting the valve of the ampoule ( 8 ) to the capillary ( 10 ) of the nozzle ( 11 ),   sealing the system.
