Abstract
A toilet manipulating assembly for utilizing a toilet without touching the toilet includes a stick that may be gripped. The stick is structured to have a pointed end to engage a toilet seat. Thus, a user lifts the toilet seat without touching the toilet seat. The stick is further structured to have a curved end to engage the toilet. Thus, the user flushes the toilet without touching the toilet.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A toilet manipulating assembly comprising:
a stick configured to be gripped; said stick being structured to have a pointed end such that said pointed end is configured to engage a toilet seat to facilitate a user lifting the toilet seat without touching the toilet seat; and said stick being further structured to have a curved end such that said curved end is configured to engage the toilet to facilitate the user flushing the toilet without touching the toilet.
2 . The assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said stick having an outer surface extending between each of a first end and a second end of said stick, said outer surface tapering to a point at said first end to define a pointed section of said stick, said outer surface corresponding to said pointed section defining a plurality of intersecting sides such that said pointed section has an enneagonal pyramidal shape wherein said pointed section is configured to be insertable between the toilet seat and a toilet bowl.
3 . The assembly according to claim 2 , wherein said outer surface being curved such that said stick has an ovoid cross section taken along a longitudinal axis extending through said first end and said second end.
4 . The assembly according to claim 3 , wherein said stick being elongated between said first end and said second end wherein said stick is configured to be gripped between said first end and said second end to facilitate the user's hand being spaced away from the toilet seat thereby inhibiting a transfer of bacteria between the toilet seat and the user's hand.
5 . The assembly according to claim 4 , wherein said second end curving inwardly toward said first end such that said second end has a concave cross section taken perpendicular to said longitudinal axis wherein said second end is configured to engage a free end of toilet handle.
6 . A toilet manipulating assembly comprising:
a stick, said stick having an outer surface extending between each of a first end and a second end of said stick, said outer surface being curved such that said stick has an ovoid cross section taken along a longitudinal axis extending through said first end and said second end; said outer surface tapering to a point at said first end to define a pointed section of said stick, said outer surface corresponding to said pointed section defining a plurality of intersecting sides such that said pointed section has an enneagonal pyramidal shape wherein said pointed section is configured to be insertable between a toilet seat and a toilet bowl to facilitate a user lifting the toilet seat without touching the toilet seat; said stick being elongated between said first end and said second end wherein said stick is configured to be gripped between said first end and said second end to facilitate the user's hand being spaced away from the toilet seat thereby inhibiting a transfer of bacteria from the toilet seat to the user's hand; and said second end curving inwardly toward said first end such that said second end has a concave cross section taken perpendicular to said longitudinal axis wherein said second end is configured to engage a free end of a toilet handle to facilitate the user flushing the toilet without touching the handle.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
