Abstract
A mold used for molding a shape of mascara brush bristles for eyelash makeup includes a dorsal portion molding hole enabling the dorsal portions of the brush bristles of the mascara formed by nylon bristles put on two strands of iron cores and twisted spirally several times so as to spread in all directions on the basis of the iron cores so that the brush bristles have a circular section, to be formed outwardly on the basis of the iron cores.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A mold used for molding a shape of mascara brush bristles for eyelash makeup, comprising:
a dorsal portion molding hole enabling the dorsal portions of the brush bristles of the mascara formed by nylon bristles put on two strands of iron cores and twisted spirally several times so as to spread in all directions on the basis of the iron cores so that the brush bristles have a circular section, to be formed outwardly on the basis of the iron cores.
2 . The mold according to claim 1 , wherein the dorsal portion molding hole of the mold is formed in a cross shape or a radial shape.
3 . The mold according to claim 2 , wherein the mold has the cross-shaped dorsal portion molding hole; and
the mold comprises:
a lower mold including:
molding apertures having a width corresponding to a diameter of the circular brush bristles and respectively having arranging dorsal portion molding slots, each of which is formed in the floor surface thereof and has a depth corresponding to a radius of the brush bristles and a narrow width; and
guide posts formed at upper faces of both sides thereof;
an upper mold including:
guide holes formed at both sides thereof to which the guide posts of the lower mold are inserted to guide the upper mold;
protrusions corresponding to the molding apertures of the lower mold;
arranging dorsal portion molding slots formed at the center corresponding to the arranging dorsal portion molding slots of the molding apertures; and
bolt holes formed corresponding to bolt holes of the lower mold for inserting assembly bolts thereinto,
wherein the cross-shaped dorsal portion molding hole is formed when the lower mold and the upper mold are assembled together, so that the brush bristles are molded in such a way as to have the dorsal portions.
4 . The mold according to claim 3 , wherein arranging dorsal portions of the brush bristles are formed by the arranging dorsal portion molding slots of the lower mold and the upper mold, and applying dorsal portions with higher density than the arranging dorsal portions of the brush bristles are formed between the lower mold and the upper mold.
5 . The mold according to claim 2 , wherein the mold has the radial dorsal portion molding hole; and
the mold comprises:
an insertion hole formed at the center thereof in such a manner that the iron cores are inserted thereinto;
radial molding grooves formed on the basis of the insertion hole for molding the dorsal portions radially; and
end portions of the radial molding grooves, each having a length corresponding to a radius of the circular brush bristles on the basis of the insertion hole in which the iron cores are inserted.
6 . The mold according to claim 5 , wherein the mold includes inclined surfaces, which gradually lower toward the radial molding grooves and are continuously repeated in a protrusion-groove form, such that the brush bristles can be easily inserted into the radial molding grooves.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
