Abstract

In one embodiment, there is provided a second ceiling air conditioning apparatus, comprising: an air conditioner configured to cool air to a desired temperature; one or more conduits configured to conduct the cool air from the air conditioner; and a second ceiling positioned immediately below a structural ceiling, the second ceiling being configured to receive the cool air from the one or more conduits, thereby cooling at least a portion of air below the second ceiling.

1 . A cold, second ceiling air conditioning apparatus, comprising:
 an air conditioner configured to cool air to a desired temperature;   one or more conduits configured to conduct the cool air from the air conditioner; and   a second ceiling positioned immediately below a structural ceiling, the second ceiling being configured to receive from the one or more conduits one or more of cool air and cold air, thereby cooling at least a portion of air below the second ceiling, wherein the second ceiling comprises one or more second ceiling panels.

         12 . The apparatus as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the one or more second ceiling panels have a standardized set of spatial dimensions approximately equal to eight feet by ten feet by two inches.
