. A hard top gazebo apparatus, comprising;
(a) at least one fabric panel, said at least one fabric panel having a small edge, a large edge, a first side edge, a second side edge, and wherein said first and said second side edges connect said small edge to said large edge to form said at least one fabric panel; (b) a portion of said small edge being folded to form a pocket, said pocket having, a first opening at one end, and a second opening at an opposite end, and at least one first securing means secured to a portion of said small edge; (c) at least one cord, having a first end and a second end, and wherein at least portion of said at least one cord being moveably inside at least a portion of said pocket: (d) said hard top gazebo having a roof, and wherein said roof having an inner roof surface, and an outer roof surface, and wherein at least one second securing means secured to at least a portion of said inner roof surface; and (e) wherein said at least one first securing means is secured to at least a portion of said at least one second securing means.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a first end of a clip is secured to said large edge, and a second end of said clip is secured to a hard top gazebo structure.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a first end of a clip is secured to said large edge, and a second end of said clip is secured to a hard top gazebo structure, and wherein said hard top gazebo structure is a ring.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a first end of a clip is secured to said large edge, and a second end of said clip is secured to a hard top gazebo structure, and wherein said hard top gazebo structure is a ring, and wherein said ring is slideably secured to a gazebo roof bar iron angle.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said at least one fabric panel is secured to at least one second fabric panel, such that a portion of said side edge is secured to each other near said small edge.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said at least one fabric panel is secured to at least one second fabric panel, such that a portion of said side edge is secured to each other near said small edge, and wherein said securing, is done via a group consisting, of glue, stitch, hook and loop material, adhesive, magnet, and combinations thereof.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said at least one first securing, means is selected from a group consisting of a glue, a hook and loop material, an adhesive, a rivet, a magnet, and combinations thereof.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said at least one second securing means is selected from a group consisting of a glue, a hook and loop material, an adhesive, a rivet, a magnet, and combinations thereof.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein material for said at least one panel is selected from a group consisting of canvas, cotton, polyester, polymeric fabric, composite material, and combinations thereof.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein peripheral shape of said hard top gazebo roof is selected from a group consisting of a square shape, a rectangular shape, a triangular shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, and combinations thereof.
. The hard top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said at least one second securing means is secured to at least an apex portion of said inner roof surface.
. The top gazebo apparatus of claim 1 , wherein peripheral roof shape of said hard top gazebo is be selected from a group consisting of a square shape, a rectangular shape, a triangular shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, and combinations thereof.
. A hard top gazebo apparatus, comprising;
(a) four fabric panels, each of said four fabric panels having a small edge, a large edge, a first side edge, a second side edge, and wherein each of said first side edge and said second side edge connects said small edge to said large edge to form each of said four fabric panels; (b) a portion of each of said small edge being folded to form a pocket, said pocket having a first opening at one end, and a second opening at an opposite end, and at least one first securing means secured to a portion of at least one of said small edge; (c) at least one cord, having a first end and a second end, and wherein at least a portion of said at least one cord being moveably inside at least a portion of at least one of said pocket; (d) said hard top gazebo having a roof, and wherein said roof having an inner roof surface, and an outer roof surface, and wherein at least one second securing means secured to at least a portion of said inner roof surface; (e) each of said four panels are secured each to the other along said small edge, such that said first opening at one end of said pocket, and said second opening at an opposite end of said pocket remains open for the free movement of said at least one cord; and (f) wherein said at least one first securing means is secured to at least a portion of said at least one second securing means.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
