Air Gap Cover

Abstract

The instant application discloses, among other things, an air gap cover. In one embodiment, an air gap cover may comprise a dispenser, such as a soap or lotion dispenser, configured to fit over an air gap fitting or an existing air gap cover, for instance. In another embodiment, an air gap cover may comprise a decorative covering resembling any artificial or natural object such as a flower pot or team mascot, for instance. In yet another embodiment, an air gap cover may comprise a stand configured to hold any device such as a mobile phone, tablet, fan, or picture frame, for instance. An air gap cover may be made of any material, such as wood, plastic, rubber, metal, or carbon fiber, and may be made in various colors, shapes, and sizes.

1 . An air gap cover, comprising:
 a housing, the housing comprising interior walls forming an interior cavity, the interior cavity configured to receive an air gap fitting or existing air gap cover;   a plurality of apertures;   a base.   
     
     
         2 . The air gap cover of  claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a dispenser of solid, liquid, or gas. 
     
     
         3 . The air gap cover of  claim 1 , wherein the housing resembles a natural object. 
     
     
         4 . The air gap cover of  claim 1 , wherein the housing resembles an unnatural object. 
     
     
         5 . The air gap cover of  claim 1 , wherein the housing is configured to secure a mobile device. 
     
     
         6 . The air gap cover of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of apertures comprises any holes, slits, windows, doors, or hoses. 
     
     
         7 . The air gap cover of  claim 1 , wherein the base includes gripping feet configured to provide traction. 
     
     
         8 . The air gap cover of  claim 1 , wherein the housing is made of any material from the list containing wood, plastic, rubber, metal, or carbon fiber.
