Half head wig

Abstract

A half head wig has an upper wig base, a lower wig base and a plurality of attachment means. The upper and lower bases are connected to each other, each holding hair pieces. The upper wig base extends to a vicinity of a frontal margin of the wig wearer's head, but it does not extend to a vicinity of bases of the wig wearer's ears such that wig wearer's temporal hair is exposed when the wig wearer wears the half head wig. The lower wig base sits on a nape of the wig user's head. A front attachment means is attached to a front peripheral edge of the upper wig base and a side attachment means is attached to side strips of the lower wig base. In addition, a bottom attachment means is attached to a rear portion of the lower wig base.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A half head wig, comprising:
 an upper wig base adapted to hold a first hairpiece; and   a lower wig base adapted to hold a second hairpiece, wherein the lower wig base is fixedly attached to the upper wig base;   
       wherein the upper wig base sits on a top and a crown of a wig wearer's head; 
       wherein the lower wig base sits on a nape of the wig user's head; 
       wherein the upper wig base extends to a vicinity of a frontal margin of the wig wearer's head, but it does not extend to a vicinity of bases of the wig wearer's ears such that wig wearer's temporal hair is exposed when the wig wearer wears the half head wig. 
     
     
         2 . The half head wig of  claim 1 , wherein the upper wig base comprises first wig network bands and a peripheral edge wherein the first wig network bands hold the first hairpiece. 
     
     
         3 . The half head wig of  claim 2 , wherein the peripheral edge holds a third hairpiece. 
     
     
         4 . The half head wig of  claim 2 , wherein the peripheral edge comprises a front peripheral edge, side peripheral edges and a bottom peripheral edge wherein the bottom peripheral edge is attached to the lower wig base. 
     
     
         5 . The half head wig of  claim 4 , wherein the front and side peripheral edges hold a third hairpiece. 
     
     
         6 . The half head wig of  claim 4 , wherein a front attachment means is fixedly attached to the front peripheral edge. 
     
     
         7 . The half head wig of  claim 4 , wherein the front attachment means comprises a pair of combs or head fixing pins. 
     
     
         8 . The half head wig of  claim 2 , wherein the lower wig base comprises second wig network bands, inner strips and side strips wherein the second wig network bands hold the second hairpiece and the inner and side strips are elastic. 
     
     
         9 . The half head wig of  claim 8 , wherein the side strips hold a fourth hairpiece. 
     
     
         10 . The half head wig of  claim 8 , wherein the inner and side strips are fixedly attached to the peripheral edge. 
     
     
         11 . The half head wig of  claim 8 , a pair of side attachment means are respectively fixedly attached to the side strips near the peripheral edge. 
     
     
         12 . The half head wig of  claim 11 , the pair of side attachment means are combs or head fixing pins. 
     
     
         13 . The half head wig of  claim 8 , wherein the lower wig base further comprises a rear portion wherein the inner and side strips terminate at and are fixedly attached to the rear portion. 
     
     
         14 . The half head wig of  claim 13 , wherein the rear portion holds a fifth hairpiece. 
     
     
         15 . The half head wig of  claim 13 , wherein a bottom attachment means is fixedly attached to the rear portion. 
     
     
         16 . The half head wig of  claim 15 , wherein the bottom attachment means a wig clip. 
     
     
         17 . The half head wig of  claim 13 , wherein a pair of expandable bands are respectively fixedly attached to the side strips and detachably attached to the rear portion for adjusting peripheral length of the lower wig base. 
     
     
         18 . The half head wig of  claim 2 , wherein an elasticated net is fixedly attached along to the peripheral edge and the first wig network bands are attached to the elasticated net. 
     
     
         19 . The half head wig of  claim 1 , wherein the upper wig base and the lower wig base are substantially symmetrical to right and left of the wig wearer's head. 
     
     
         20 . The half head wig of  claim 1 , wherein the upper wig base further comprises an expandable mesh and a hair weft is attached to the expandable mesh in a continuous spiral form.
