Abstract

A wet-wipe packaging-body capable of reducing costs for manufacturing the wet-wipe packaging-body and costs for managing and storing components, and solving complexity in managing and storing the components. In a wet-wipe packaging-body in which a wet-wipe body continuously stacked in a folded state is accommodated in a bag-body, an outlet port frame attached to an opening portion of the bag-body has an outlet port frame main-body provided with a resistance application member and a flange portion formed to outwardly project from the outlet port frame main-body in its radial direction. The flange portion has a first surface bonded to an inner surface of the bag-body when the outlet port frame is attached and fixed to the inner portion of the bag-body and a second surface bonded to an outer surface of the bag-body when the outlet port frame is attached and fixed to the outer portion of the bag-body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A wet wipe packaging body comprising: a wet wipe stacked body obtained by folding a plurality of independent sheet wet wipes; a bag body that accommodates the wet wipe stacked body and has an opening portion used to take out the accommodated wet wipes: and an outlet port frame having an outlet port used to outwardly take out the wet wipes pulled out from the opening portion, wherein
 the outlet port frame has
an outlet port frame main body provided with a resistance application member having a resistance application hole used to apply resistance to the wet wipes pulled out toward the outlet opening and
a flange portion formed to outwardly project from the outlet port frame main body in a radial direction thereof, and
   the flange portion has
a first bonding surface bonded to an inner surface of the bag body when the outlet port frame is attached and fixed to an inner portion of the bag body and
a second bonding surface bonded to an outer surface of the bag body when the outlet port frame is attached and fixed to an outer portion of the bag body.

2 . The wet wipe packaging body according to claim 1 , wherein
the resistance application member is configured such that at least a portion thereof where the resistance application hole is formed moves in a direction in which the wet wipe stacked body is biased, in accordance with an amount of reduction of bulk of the wet wipe stacked body resulting from pulling out the wet wipes from the outlet port, thereby biasing the wet wipe stacked body.

3 . The wet wipe packaging body according to claim 1 , wherein
one end of the resistance application member is configured as a support end supported by the outlet port frame, and the other end thereof is configured as a free end pressed against a front surface of the wet wipe stacked body by the biasing force.

4 . The wet wipe packaging body according to claim 1 , wherein
the outlet port frame main body has
one surface formed to be set at a position at which the one surface is higher than the first bonding surface in a height direction and
the other surface formed to be set at a same position as the second bonding surface in the height direction.

5 . The wet wipe packaging body according to claim 1 , comprising a cover body attached to the outlet port frame and used to open and close the outlet port, wherein
the cover body has a holding portion that locks the resistance application member in the outlet port frame against a biasing force, the resistance application member has a holding reception portion freely engaged with and disengaged from the holding portion, and the resistance application member is configured to be held by the cover body when the holding reception portion is engaged with the holding portion.

6 . A wet wipe packaging body comprising:
a bag body that storages a wet wipe stacked body and comprises an opening portion, the wet wipe stacked body comprising a plurality of wet wipes that is capable of separating; an outlet member that comprises an outlet port used to outwardly take out a wet wipe of the wet wipes pulled out from the opening portion; a flange that comprising a first surface ad a second surface, one of the first surface and the second surface connecting to the bag body; and a resistance member connected to the outlet member and is capable of biasing the wet wipe stacked body.

7 . The wet wipe packaging body of claim 6 , further comprising a holding member that is capable of holding the resistance member.

8 . The wet wipe packaging body of claim 6 , wherein the holding member is provided with a cover that is capable of opening and closing the outlet port.

9 . The wet wipe packaging body of claim 6 , wherein the holding member holds the resistance member inside of the bag body.

10 . The wet wipe packaging body of claim 6 , wherein the resistance member comprises a resistance application hole member to apply resistance force to the wet wipe.

11 . A biasing method to bias at least one of wet wipes, the method comprising the steps of:
connecting a flange one of an inner surface of a bag body or an outer surface of the bag body, the bag body comprising an opening portion and storing a wet wipe stacked body including the wet wipes that is capable of separating; and biasing at least one of the wet wipes by a biasing member connected to an outlet member comprising an outlet port used to outwardly take out a wipe of the wet wipes pulled out from the opening portion.

12 . The biasing method of claim 11 , further comprising a step of holding the biasing member.

13 . The biasing method of claim 12 , wherein the biasing member is held by a holding member connected to a cover that is capable of opening and closing the outlet port.

14 . The biasing method of claim 11 , further comprising a step of applying resistance force to the wet wipe by a resistance application hole.
