Table-top pad, in particular for gaming tables

Abstract

A covering pad for tables, in particular for gaming tables, suitable to be associated to a table top, is shaped so as to substantially match the shape of the top and includes a surface cloth bonded to a cushioning mat. In particular, the pad also includes a semi-rigid support panel, bondable to the surface of the cushioning mat opposite to the one on which the surface cloth is bonded so that the cushioning mat and the surface cloth are maintained stretched when the pad is coupled to the table top.

A covering pad for tables, suitable to be associated with a table top, said pad being shaped so as to substantially match the shape of said top and comprising a surface cloth attached to a cushioning mat, wherein it also comprises a semi-rigid support panel, bondable to the surface of said cushioning mat opposite to the one to which said surface cloth is associated, so that said cushioning mat and said surface cloth are maintained stretched when said pad associated to said table top. 
     
     
         2 . The covering pad according to  claim 1 , wherein said semi-rigid support panel is made from a composite polymeric material or from pressed carton and treated to provide characteristics of water repellence and fire resistance. 
     
     
         3 . The covering pad according to  claim 1 , wherein said cushioning mat is made of elastically deformable material. 
     
     
         4 . The covering pad according to  claim 1 , comprising a plurality of through holes arranged at the perimetric edge of the table top, suitable to be crossed through by a corresponding plurality of fastening means to connect a frame to the edges of said table top. 
     
     
         5 . The covering pad according to  claim 1 , having an overall thickness of 3 to 5 mm. 
     
     
         6 . A gaming table comprising a covering pad according to  claim 1 .
