Abstract
A Table Tennis weighted training system consisting of a weighted clip. The weighted stainless steel clips adds, when clipped on properly, weight to the table tennis paddle. This allows the table tennis player to strengthen his/her table tennis skills and muscles with the weighted training system.

The weighted training system can be mounted onto the Table Tennis paddle by the fastening cord made of polyurethane foam to tighten the two 0.2 pound weights.
