Abstract
The invention provides novel polypeptides useful for co-stimulating T cells, isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding them, vectors containing the nucleic acid molecules, and cells containing the vectors. Also included are methods of making and using these co-stimulatory polypeptides.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 - 48 . (canceled)
49 . A method for recovering an antibody from hydridoma supernatant, comprising culturing an antibody-producing hybridoma in vitro in suitable medium to produce supernatant and recovering antibodies produced by said antibody-producing hybridoma from said supernatant, thereby obtaining said antibody, wherein said antibody is an anti-B7-H1 antibody.
50 . The method of claim 49 , wherein said anti-B7-H1 antibody is an anti-hB7-H1 antibody.
51 . The method of claim 49 , wherein said anti-B7-H1 antibody binds specifically to a B7-H1 polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1.
52 . The method of claim 49 , wherein said anti-B7-H1 antibody is a chimeric monoclonal antibody.
53 . The method of claim 49 , wherein said anti-B7-H1 antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
