Ironing machine
Abstract
An ironing machine is described, having a bearing structure, a sustaining element associated with the bearing structure and suitable for sustaining a piece of clothing to iron, emission means suitable for emitting steam and/or hot air for the ironing and/or drying of the piece of clothing, ventilation means having an air suction mouth and connected to the emission means, a steam circuit with an inlet fitting connectable to a steam feeding circuit, a first heat exchanger suitable for heating the air conveyed by the ventilation means to the emission means, a condensate outlet fitting, and a second heat exchanger connected to the condensate outlet fitting and arranged substantially in proximity of the suction mouth of the ventilation means for pre-heating the suctioned air.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An ironing machine, comprising:
at least one bearing structure; at least one sustaining element associated with said bearing structure and suitable for sustaining at least one piece of clothing to iron; emission means suitable for emitting steam and/or hot air for ironing and/or drying of said piece of clothing; ventilation means having at least one air suction mouth and connected to said emission means; at least one steam circuit comprising at least one inlet fitting connectable to a steam feeding circuit, at least one first heat exchanger suitable for heating the air conveyed by said ventilation means to said emission means, and at least one condensate outlet fitting; and at least one second heat exchanger connected to said outlet fitting and arranged substantially in proximity of said suction mouth of the ventilation means for pre-heating of the suctioned air.
2 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , wherein said second heat exchanger comprises at least one first fitting connectable to said outlet fitting.
3 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , wherein said second heat exchanger comprises at least one second fitting connectable to a condensate recovery circuit.
4 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , wherein said bearing structure comprises at least one compartment for housing said second heat exchanger, located in proximity of said suction mouth of the ventilation means.
5 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , further comprising recovery means of at least part of the steam and/or air emitted during ironing and/or drying, said recovery means comprising at least one recovery mouth arranged in proximity of said sustaining element and at least one connecting pipe between said recovery mouth and said suction mouth of the ventilation means, wherein said second heat exchanger is arranged in proximity of said suction mouth of the ventilation means and/or inside said connecting pipe.
6 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one ventilation pipe connected to said ventilation means and to said steam and/or hot air emission means.
7 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , wherein said second heat exchanger comprises at least one radiant battery.
8 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , wherein said steam circuit comprises at least one first pipe for connecting said inlet fitting to said first heat exchanger.
9 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , wherein said steam circuit comprises at least one second pipe for connecting said first heat exchanger to said outlet fitting.
10 . The ironing machine according to claim 1 , wherein said steam circuit comprises at least one third pipe for connecting said inlet fitting to said emission means.
11 . An apparatus for recovery of condensate installable on ironing machines, comprising
at least one heat exchanger connected to a condensate outlet fitting of an ironing machine and positionable substantially in proximity of a suction mouth of the ventilation means of said ironing machine, for pre-heating of the suctioned air.
12 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein said heat exchanger comprises at least one first fitting connectable to said outlet fitting and at least one second fitting connectable to a condensate recovery circuit.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
