Abstract

A temperature regulating device, which is installed with an electric fan, comprises an air-compressing member for outputting a compressed gas, a vortex tube, a hot gas accelerating member, a cold gas accelerating member, and an outputting member. The compressed gas is received by the vortex tube. The compressed gas flowing through the vortex tube is discharged from the hot gas outlet as a hot gas of the vortex tube and is discharged from the cold gas outlet as a cold gas of the vortex tube. The hot gas accelerating member is converged the hot gas and the compressed gas to discharge a high-speed hot gas from the hot gas export outlet. The cold gas accelerating member is converged the cold gas and the compressed gas to discharge a high-speed cold gas from the cold gas export outlet. The high-speed hot gas and the high-speed cold gas in a predetermined ratio are mixed by the outputting member as temperature-adjusted gas to flow from the temperature adjustment gas outlet to an air supply channel of the electric fan so as to adjust temperature of outflowing air of the electric fan.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1 . A temperature regulating device, which is installed with an electric fan, comprising:
an air-compressing member for outputting a compressed gas; a vortex tube having a gas inlet, a cold gas outlet and a hot gas outlet which are connected to the gas inlet, the gas inlet connected to the air-compressing member to receive the compressed gas, wherein the compressed gas flowing through the vortex tube is discharged from the hot gas outlet as a hot gas having a temperature higher than the compressed gas and is discharged from the cold gas outlet as a cold gas having a temperature lower than the compressed gas; a hot gas accelerating member having a hot gas export outlet, the hot gas accelerating member connected to the hot gas outlet and the air-compressing member to converge the hot gas and the compressed gas to discharge a high-speed hot gas from the hot gas export outlet; a cold gas accelerating member having a cold gas export outlet, the cold gas accelerating member connected to the cold gas outlet and the air-compressing member to converge the cold gas and the compressed gas to discharge a high-speed cold gas from the cold gas export outlet; and an outputting member having a temperature adjustment gas outlet and an exhaust outlet, the outputting member being connected to the hot gas export outlet and the cold gas export outlet, wherein the high-speed hot gas and the high-speed cold gas in a predetermined ratio are mixed as temperature-adjusted gas to flow from the temperature adjustment gas outlet to an air supply channel of the electric fan so as to adjust temperature of outflowing air of the electric fan while the high-speed hot gas and the high-speed cold gas not in the predetermined ratio are discharged from the exhaust outlet.

2 . The temperature regulating device for electric fans of claim 1 , wherein the outputting member includes a flow regulating valve having a first inlet port, a second inlet port and a gas regulation outlet port, the first inlet port is connected to the hot gas export outlet, the second inlet port is connected to the cold gas export outlet, and the gas regulation outlet port is connected to the temperature adjustment gas outlet of the outputting member.

3 . The temperature regulating device for electric fans of claim 2 , wherein the flow regulating valve is a three-way valve, and the gas regulation outlet port is provided for switching a flow communication in relation to either the first inlet port or the second inlet port.

4 . The temperature regulating device for electric fans of claim 2 , wherein the outputting member includes a three-way pipe, which is connected among the hot gas export outlet, the temperature adjustment gas outlet and an exhaust outlet or is connected among the cold gas export outlet, the temperature adjustment gas outlet and an exhaust outlet.

5 . The temperature regulating device for electric fans of claims 1 , wherein the hot gas accelerating member is provided with a straight tube portion and an inclined tube portion obliquely connected to the straight tube portion, the straight tube portion is connected to the hot gas outlet of the vortex tube, and the inclined tube portion is connected to the air-compressing member.

6 . The temperature regulating device for electric fans of claim 1 , wherein the cold gas accelerating member is provided with a straight tube portion and an inclined tube portion obliquely connected to the straight tube portion, the straight tube portion is connected to the cold gas outlet of the vortex tube, and the inclined tube portion is connected to the air-compressing member.

7 . The temperature regulating device for electric fans of claim 1 , further comprising a pressure adjusting member, which is disposed on a compressed gas transporting tube, the compressed gas transporting tube being connected between the air-compressing member and the gas inlet opening of the vortex tube.

8 . The temperature regulating device for electric fans of claim 1 , further comprising a pressure adjusting member, which is disposed on a compressed gas transporting tube, the compressed gas transporting tube being connected among the air-compressing member, the hot gas accelerating member and the cold gas accelerating member.
