Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A clothes hanging device comprising:
at least one garment arm comprising a first end and a second end, wherein the second end comprises an aperture; an attachment component configured to be secured to a surface, wherein the first end of the at least one garment arm is pivotally attached to the attachment component, wherein the at least one garment arm is substantially perpendicular to the surface when the attachment component is secured to the surface.

2 . The clothes hanging device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one garment arm is a plurality of garment arms each pivotally attached to the attachment component at the first end.

3 . The clothes hanging device of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of garment arms is three garment arms.

4 . The clothes hanging device of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of garment arms each comprise a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion is pivotally attached to the attachment component, and the first portion and the second portion meet at a first bend, wherein the first portion and the second portion are substantially perpendicular to one another.

5 . The clothes hanging device of claim 4 , wherein the first portions of the plurality of garment arms comprise a plurality of different lengths.

6 . The clothes hanging device of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of garment arms each comprise a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion, wherein the third portion comprises the aperture, and the third portion and the second portion meet at a second bend, wherein the third portion and the second portion are substantially perpendicular to one another.

7 . The clothes hanging device of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of garment arms each comprise a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion, wherein the first portion is pivotally attached to the attachment component, and the first portion and the second portion meet at a first bend, wherein the first portion and the second portion are substantially perpendicular to one another, wherein the third portion comprises the aperture, and the third portion and the second portion meet at a second bend, wherein the third portion and the second portion are substantially perpendicular to one another, wherein the first portion and the third portion are substantially parallel to one another.

8 . The clothes hanging device of claim 2 , wherein the attachment component comprises:
a hinge rod having a top end and a bottom end; and at least a first bracket and a second bracket attached to the top end and the bottom end and attachable to the surface.

9 . The clothes hanging device of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of garment arms are each pivotally attached to the hinge rod by a garment arm sleeve at the first end of each of the plurality of garment arms.

10 . The clothes hanging device of claim 9 , further comprising spacers disposed in between the plurality of garment arm sleeves along the hinge rod.

         11 . A clothes hanging device comprising:
a plurality of garment arms; and an attachment component configured to be secured to a surface, wherein the plurality of garment arms each comprise a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion is pivotally attached to the attachment component, and the first portion and the second portion meet at a first bend, wherein the first portion and the second portion are substantially perpendicular to one another.

12 . The clothes hanging device of claim 11 , wherein plurality of garment arms each comprise a third portion comprising an aperture, wherein the third portion and the second portion meet at a second bend, wherein the third portion and the second portion are substantially perpendicular to one another.

13 . The clothes hanging device of claim 2 , wherein the attachment component comprises:
a hinge rod having a top end and a bottom end; and at least a first bracket and a second bracket attached to the top end and the bottom end and attachable to the surface.

14 . The clothes hanging device of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of garment arms are each pivotally attached to the hinge rod by a garment arm sleeve at the first portion of each of the plurality of garment arms.

15 . The clothes hanging device of claim 14 , wherein the first portions of the plurality of garment arms comprise a plurality of different lengths.
