Abstract
A tape dispenser for disposing a tape volume is provided. The tape dispenser has a body, a blade portion and a movable wheel. The body has a tape disposed portion and a cut end, the blade portion is disposed on the cut end, and the movable wheel is disposed on the cut end and under the blade portion. A fixed side of the movable wheel is movable fixed via a positioning pin and a spring sheet, and an active side of the movable wheel is separable disposed on a fixed slot of the cut end.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A tape dispenser for disposing a tape volume, comprising:
a body having a tape disposed portion and a cut end; a blade portion disposed on the cut end; and a movable wheel disposed on the cut end and under the blade portion; wherein a fixed side of the movable wheel is movable fixed via a positioning pin and a spring sheet, and an active side of the movable wheel is separable disposed on a fixed slot of the cut end, which makes the movable wheel disposed across the cut end.
2 . The tape dispenser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the active side of the movable wheel has a recess, when push the active side of the movable wheel, the recess is adapted to move to correspond to the fixed slot of the cut end, which makes the active side of the movable wheel separating from the fixed slot of the cut end.
3 . The tape dispenser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the fixed side of the movable wheel has a projection and an aperture, the spring sheet is formed an arc correspond to the projection, and the positioning pin is adapted to be disposed through the aperture when the active side of the movable wheel separating from the fixed slot of the cut end, the projection of the fixed side is adapted to pivot along the arc of the spring sheet.
4 . The tape dispenser as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the movable wheel has a movable shaft and at least one wheel disposed on the movable shaft.
5 . The tape dispenser as claimed in claim 4 , wherein when the at least one wheel is a plurality of wheels, the wheels disposed on the movable shaft are formed integrally.
6 . The tape dispenser as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a rubber roller and a cover, the rubber roller is disposed on the cut end and between the blade portion and the movable wheel, and the cover is disposed on the tape disposed portion to cover the tape volume when the tape volume is disposed on the tape disposed portion.
7 . A method for disposing a tape volume in a tape dispenser as claimed in claim 1 , comprising the following steps:
(a) disposing the tape volume on the tape disposed portion of the tape dispenser; (b) pushing the movable wheel and making the active side of the movable wheel separating from the fixed slot of the cut end; (c) pulling a tape of the tape volume and disposing the tape on a rubber roller of the tape dispenser; and (d) re-embedding the active side of the movable wheel into the fixed slot of the cut end and making the tape of the tape volume disposed between the rubber roller and the movable wheel.
8 . The method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein when push the movable wheel, the movable wheel is adapted to produce a lateral displacement which makes a recess of the movable wheel correspond to the fixed slot of the cut end, and thus makes the active side of the movable wheel separating from the fixed slot of the cut end.
9 . The method as claimed in claim 8 , wherein when the active side of the movable wheel is embedded to the fixed slot of the cut end, there is defined a fixed position, and when the active side of the movable wheel is separated from the fixed slot of the cut end, there is defined a separation position, and there is a specific angle disposed between the fixed position and the separation position.
10 . The method as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the specific angle is 90 degree.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
