Flexible dispensing package, in particular for fine food products and/or pharmaceutical products

Abstract

The flexible dispensing package, in particular for fine food and/or pharmaceutical products includes a body and a closure of the package. The body includes a pocket formed of arcuate surfaces juxtaposed relative to one another with straight edges. At least one arcuate surface has a third arcuate surface intersecting juxtaposed vertical surfaces to form the arcuate edge as the dispensing opening. There is at least one groove or projection on the body. The closure is in the form of substantially rectangular vessel with a bottom, which in the upper part constricts and includes at least one projection or groove. The body overlaps the closure, and the inner side of one arcuate surface has at least one projection in the vicinity of the dispensing opening.

1 . A flexible dispensing package, comprising:
 a body;   a closure,   wherein said body has a substantially rectangular shape and is comprised of a pocket formed of arcuate surfaces juxtaposed relative to one another with straight edges,   wherein at least one arcuate surface comprises a third arcuate surface intersecting juxtaposed vertical surfaces said arcuate surfaces with an upper part thereof so as to form an arcuate edge, said arcuate edge being a dispensing opening; and   at least one of a group consisting of a groove and a projection, in a lower part said body  1  and on an inner side of said body,   wherein said closure is comprised of a substantially rectangular vessel with a bottom, said closure having an upper part constricting and being comprised of one of a group consisting of a projection and a groove located near an upper edge,   wherein, after overlapping of said body and the closure, an inner side of at least one of the arcuate surfaces comprises at least one projection in a vicinity of said dispensing opening.   
     
     
         2 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one arcuate surface has chamfered side surfaces. 
     
     
         3 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 1 , wherein said dispensing opening is closed in the upper part with a closing element provided with a handle. 
     
     
         4 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 3 , wherein said closing element is comprised of at least one of a group consisting of reinforced breaking tape and a horizontal weld. 
     
     
         5 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 1 , wherein said projection is comprised of a rib. 
     
     
         6 . The flexible dispensing package according to  claim 1 , further comprising a venting slot in an upper, constricted part of said closure. 
     
     
         7 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 1 , wherein an angle of inclination of the arcuate surface intersecting the upper part of the body is dependent on desired deflecting force of said dispensing opening. 
     
     
         8 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 1 , wherein said body is filled in an inverted position. 
     
     
         9 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 1 , wherein said side edges in upper part is compressed so as to dispense product, and wherein pressure force applied to said body is reduced so as to close said body. 
     
     
         10 . The flexible dispensing package, according to  claim 1 , wherein said closure and said body are comprised of a same material.
