Claims

Abstract

A releasable plug connection for inserting a nozzle tube into a jack includes a hollow cylinder and a sleeve displaceably mounted on the cylinder. A nozzle tube, forming the hollow cylinder, is provided with radially spring-loaded lugs, the free ends of which are in contact with a locking surface. The locking surface is formed on a flange of the sleeve, which can slide relative to the hollow cylinder against the force of a spring. To release the connection, the sleeve is pushed back so that the lugs are pushed inwardly, and ends of the lugs slide from the locking surface. As soon as the lug ends have left the locking surface, the nozzle tube shoots from the jack under the action of the spring.

1 . A nozzle tube comprising:
 a distal end for discharge of liquid into a body orifice,   a proximal end for connection to a fluid discharge device, and   at least one lug standing out from the nozzle tube at an acute angle towards the distal end that yields in radial direction under spring load.   
     
     
         2 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 1 , wherein the nozzle tube is an ear syringe nozzle tube. 
     
     
         3 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 1 , wherein the nozzle tube is a dental water jet nozzle tube. 
     
     
         4 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one lug is one of two lugs standing out from the nozzle tube at acute angles towards the distal end. 
     
     
         5 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one lug is one of four lugs standing out from the nozzle tube at acute angles towards the distal end. 
     
     
         6 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one lug has an end defining an end surface which, in a relaxed spring state of the lug, extends largely vertically with respect to a longitudinal axis of the nozzle tube. 
     
     
         7 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one lug has a base formed by a web radially standing out from the nozzle tube. 
     
     
         8 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 7 , wherein the web forms an abutting surface for a spring. 
     
     
         9 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 7 , wherein the web is arranged at a distance from one of the distal and proximal ends of the nozzle tube, which is provided for insertion into a jack. 
     
     
         10 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 7 , wherein the at least one lug has a proximal end coupled to the web at a distance from a nozzle tube body outer surface. 
     
     
         11 . The nozzle tube according to  claim 2 , wherein the distal end of the nozzle tube has a diameter allowing insertion of the distal end into an auditory canal of an ear. 
     
     
         12 . A hand part, formed to be held in a hand, and a nozzle tube according to  claim 1 , releasably connected to the hand part, wherein the hand part comprises a jack that includes a hollow cylinder and a sleeve that can slide on the cylinder against a stop, wherein the stop defines a greatest longitudinal extension of the jack, wherein the sleeve has an inwardly directed flange with a side facing the hollow cylinder that defines a locking surface, and wherein an inner diameter of the flange is greater than an inner diameter of the hollow cylinder. 
     
     
         13 . The hand part according to  claim 12 , wherein the hollow cylinder has a frustoconically ending inner wall at an end facing the flange. 
     
     
         14 . The hand part according to  claim 12 , wherein the hollow cylinder has a base in contact with a spring. 
     
     
         15 . The hand part according to  claim 14 , wherein base of the hollow cylinder has a central opening. 
     
     
         16 . The hand part according to  claim 12 , wherein extensions originate from the inwardly directed flange in an axial direction, and wherein a spring stop is formed by faces of the extensions. 
     
     
         17 . The hand part according to  claim 12 , wherein the hand part is an ear syringe hand part. 
     
     
         18 . The hand part according to  claim 12 , wherein the hand part is a dental water jet hand part.
