Abstract

A touch display apparatus is provided which includes: a display layer disposed between a first substrate and a second substrate; and a touch sensing layer disposed between the second substrate and a third substrate, wherein the first substrate includes a pixel array and the pixel array includes a first alignment mark disposed outside a pixel area, and the second substrate does not include an alignment mark.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A touch display apparatus, comprising:
 a display layer disposed between a first substrate and a second substrate; and   a touch sensing layer disposed between the second substrate and a third substrate,   wherein the first substrate comprises a pixel array, and wherein the pixel array comprises a first alignment mark disposed outside a pixel area, and the second substrate does not comprise an alignment mark.   
     
     
         2 . The touch display apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first substrate, the second substrate and the third substrate has a thickness of less than about 0.3 mm. 
     
     
         3 . The touch display apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the third substrate has a second alignment mark. 
     
     
         4 . The touch display apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the display layer comprises a liquid crystal layer or an OLED array. 
     
     
         5 . The touch display apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first substrate, the second substrate and the third substrate is a glass substrate. 
     
     
         6 . The touch display apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first substrate, the second substrate and the third substrate is an organic film. 
     
     
         7 . The touch display apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein the organic film is a polyimide film or a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film. 
     
     
         8 . The touch display apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the second substrate is a glass substrate.
