Abstract
Swimming goggles comprise a lens frame unit including a frame body having lenses; a head strap assembled with the frame body and forming at least an embedding hole; and a decorating unit including an ornament and an embedding element disposed on the ornament, wherein the embedding element is assemble with the embedding hole; wherein the ornament could be made in accordance with any interesting patterns under requested or preference for providing the entertainment and bringing interesting emotions.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Swimming goggles, comprising:
a lens frame unit including a frame body, a left lens frame and a right lens frame; a head strap assembled with the frame body and forming at least an embedding hole; a connecting unit disposed between the lens frame unit and the head strap; and a decorating unit including an ornament and an embedding element disposed on the ornament, the embedding element being assembled with the embedding hole; wherein the frame body is integrally composed of a left frame, a right frame and a nose frame, and the left lens frame and the right lens frame are disposed on the left frame and the right frame of the frame body, each of the left lens frame and the right lens frame having a lens, outer periphery surface and inner periphery surface, the outer periphery surface forming a dent on a lateral edge thereof, and a ledge being formed on the dent, and the inner periphery surface forming a channel wrapped by the left frame and the right frame, and each of the left and right frames integrally forms a protective pad to contact with a wearer; wherein the connecting unit has a base where one end forms a mounting hole to receive the ledge therein and the other end forms a pair of shaft holes, wherein the contour of the mounting hole conforms to the ledge, and further, a shaft utilized to combine the head strap is arranged between the pair of shaft holes and allowed to be freely rotated in the pair of shaft holes.
2 . The swimming goggles of claim 1 , wherein the ornament is made in accordance with a pattern of a sea animal, or a diamond, or jewelry.
3 . The swimming goggles of claim 1 , wherein a reinforcement pad is integrally formed with the head strap and is disposed on an outer periphery of the embedding hole to thicken the head strap and deepen the embedding hole.
4 . The swimming goggles of claim 1 , wherein the decorating unit further comprises a retaining element, the ornament having two opposite sides where the embedding element is disposed on one side and the retaining element is disposed on the other side, wherein the width of the retaining element is larger than that of the embedding hole, and when assembled, the retaining element is pushed from one side of the head strap through the embedding hole due to the flexibility of the head strap made of silicon rubber, and out of the other side of the head strap to be fixed on the reinforcement pad around the embedding hole in order to prevent the decorating unit from dropping out of the embedding hole and to provide the cushioning against overstretch of the head strap.
5 - 6 . (canceled)
7 . The swimming goggles of claim 1 , wherein the head strap is made of silicon rubber, and one end of the head strap forms a joint portion having a hollow cylindrical shape so as to be firmly attached around the shaft and allow the joint portion and the shaft are relatively rotated between the pair of shaft holes.
8 . The swimming goggles of claim 1 , wherein the contour of the mounting hole and the ledge is an oval shape to prevent the connecting unit from rotating centered on the ledge of the lens frame unit.
9 . The swimming goggles of claim 7 , wherein the head strap further forms a cushion portion having a trench shape to absorb a force applied to the head strap when the head strap is stretched.
10 . The swimming goggles of claim 1 , wherein the head strap forms continuous curved peripheries on both upper and lower sides thereof for providing the cushioning against overstretch.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
