Packaging device for a cosmetic product, in particular for a degassing cosmetic product

Abstract

The device ( 3 ): a sealed flexible bag ( 7 ); a submerging tubular body ( 11 ) opening into the flexible bag ( 7 ) through a sampling orifice ( 15 ); and a valve ( 17 ) for sealing the sampling orifice ( 15 ). The valve ( 17 ) includes: a shutter ( 53 ) for sealing the sampling orifice ( 15 ), a core ( 55 ) engaged in the sampling orifice ( 15 ), a portion ( 57 ) provided with an elastic member ( 59 ) that recalls the valve ( 17 ) to the sealing position, with the shutter ( 53 ), core ( 55 ) and the end portion ( 57 ) consisting of a single piece.

1 . Packaging device for a cosmetic product, the device comprising:
 a sealed flexible bag;   a submerging tubular body, passing through the flexible bag and with a sealed link to the flexible bag, with the submerging body internally defining a chamber opening into the flexible bag through a sampling orifice;   a valve able to adopt a sealing position for the sampling orifice and a release position of the sampling orifice;   wherein the device comprises a cosmetic product arranged in the flexible bag;   
       and wherein the valve comprises:
 a shutter for sealing the sampling orifice, 
 a core linked to the shutter-and engaged in the sampling orifice, 
 an end portion linked to the core, provided with an elastic member that recalls the valve to the sealing position, 
 
       with the shutter, the core and the end portion consisting of a single piece. 
     
     
         2 . Device according to  claim 1 , wherein the chamber is sealed inwards of the flexible bag by a wall in which the sampling orifice is arranged, the wall having on a face turned inwards of the flexible bag a bearing surface against which the shutter is in sealed contact in the sealed position of the valve, and having on a face turned towards the chamber a bearing zone engaging with the elastic member to recall the valve to the sealing position. 
     
     
         3 . Device according to claims  claim 1 , wherein the sampling orifice is a slot extended along a first direction, the end portion of the valve being shaped to be able to be introduced through the slot. 
     
     
         4 . Device according to  claim 2 , wherein the sampling orifice is a slot extended along a first direction, the end portion of the valve being shaped to be able to be introduced through the slot, and wherein the elastic member comprises two arms, the bearing zone comprising two bearing surfaces arranged on either side of the slot and aligned according to a second direction that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction. 
     
     
         5 . Device according to  claim 4 , wherein the core is elongated along an axial direction, the two arms being able to be introduced axially through two side ends of the slot then displaced circumferentially about the axial direction to the bearing surfaces. 
     
     
         6 . Device according to  claim 5 , wherein each bearing surface is adjacent to zones protruding with respect to said bearing surface and arranged circumferentially between said bearing surface and the lateral ends of the slot. 
     
     
         7 . Device according to  claim 4 , wherein the end portion of the valve comprises a pressing part that extends the core beyond the two arms. 
     
     
         8 . Device according to  claim 1 , it which comprises a removable cap sealing an end of the chamber located outside the flexible bag. 
     
     
         9 . Device according to  claim 1 , which comprises a rigid outer packaging around the flexible bag, with the submerging body passing through the outer packaging and being fastened to the outer packaging. 
     
     
         10 . Assembly for packaging and distributing a cosmetic product, comprising a packaging device according to any of the preceding claims, and a member for sampling the cosmetic product suited to be engaged in the submerging body. 
     
     
         11 . Assembly according to  claim 10 , wherein the sampling member is a syringe. 
     
     
         12 . Assembly according to  claim 10 , wherein the sampling member comprises a syringe body provided to be engaged in the submerging body until a sampling position and a piston sliding inside the syringe body, the syringe body in sampling position maintaining the valve in release position against the recalling force of the elastic member. 
     
     
         13 . Assembly according to  claim 12 , wherein the sampling member comprises an external sealing member interposed between the submerging body and the syringe body, and an internal sealing member interposed between the piston and the syringe body. 
     
     
         14 . Assembly according to  claim 12 , which comprises a removable fastening of the syringe body to the submerging body. 
     
     
         15 . Method for assembling a device according to  claim 1 , the method comprising the following steps:
 a step of engaging the valve through the sampling orifice according to an axial direction;   a step of locking the valve in the sampling orifice, by rotation of the valve with respect to the submerging body about the axial direction.   
     
     
         16 . Device according to  claim 2 , wherein the sampling orifice is a slot extended along a first direction, the end portion of the valve being shaped to be able to be introduced through the slot. 
     
     
         17 . Device according to  claim 5 , wherein the end portion of the valve comprises a pressing part that extends the core beyond the two arms. 
     
     
         18 . Device according to  claim 6  wherein the end portion of the valve comprises a pressing part that extends the core beyond the two arms. 
     
     
         19 . Device according to  claim 2 , which comprises a removable cap sealing an end of the chamber located outside the flexible bag. 
     
     
         20 . Device according to  claim 3 , which comprises a removable cap sealing an end of the chamber located outside the flexible bag.
