Abstract
A display device including: a pixel array section; power supply lines; and auxiliary electrodes, wherein each pixel has an auxiliary capacitance, and one of electrodes of the auxiliary capacitance is connected to the source electrode of the drive transistor, and another electrode is connected to the auxiliary electrode for the pixel.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A display device comprising a pixel array section, the pixel array section having pixels arranged in a matrix, each of the pixels including (a) an electro-optical element; (b) a first transistor configured to provide a video signal; and (c) a second transistor configured to flow a current from a power supply line to the electro-optical element, wherein, for each pixel:
the pixel has a capacitor, a first electrode of the capacitor is connected to a source terminal of the second transistor, a second electrode of the capacitor is connected to a wiring, the wiring is configured to apply a potential to the second electrode of the capacitor, the second electrode of the capacitor is formed beneath the first electrode of the capacitor, the second electrode of the capacitor is connected to the wiring via a second wiring formed in a layer in which a power supply line is formed, the second transistor is connected to the anode electrode via a third wiring, and the power supply line, the second wiring, and the third wiring are formed in the same layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
