Abstract
The present invention relates to a wood brick assembly. The wood brick assembly comprises: a wood brick formed of wood; and a connection bar connecting a plurality of wood bricks which are adjacent to each other in horizontal and vertical directions, wherein the wood brick is provided with an insertion groove formed on the upper surface and the lower surface thereof, in which the insertion groove is recessed at a predetermined depth in the horizontal direction thereof, for inserting the connection bar therein, and wherein the connection bar is configured to be thicker than the depth of the insertion groove, thereby connecting the plurality of wood bricks which are vertically arranged.

1 . A wood brick assembly comprising:
a wood brick formed of wood; and a connection bar connecting a plurality of wood bricks which are adjacent to each other in horizontal and vertical directions, wherein the wood brick is provided with an insertion groove formed on the upper surface and the lower surface thereof, in which the insertion groove is recessed at a predetermined depth in the horizontal direction thereof, for inserting the connection bar therein, and wherein the connection bar is configured to be thicker than the depth of the insertion groove, thereby connecting the plurality of wood bricks which are vertically arranged.
2 . The wood brick assembly of claim 1 , wherein an inclination surface inclined a certain angle is formed at the rim area of the wood brick, and
wherein a sealing material is coated at an inclination surface between a pair of adjoining wood bricks so as to interrupt the flow of air between the inside and outside of the wood brick.
3 . The wood brick assembly of claim 1 , wherein the length of the connection bar is formed to be longer than the length of the wood brick, so that it is inserted into the entire boundary area of a pair of adjoining wood bricks.
4 . The wood brick assembly of claim 3 , wherein plural wood bricks are stacked in plural layers and rows in horizontal and vertical directions so as form a wall body, and
wherein the wood brick assembly further comprises a pair of support columns which are arranged at left and right outlines of the wall body, and at which a vertical recess is formed to a certain depth in the vertical direction, into which vertical recess a connection bar protruding to the outside of the wood brick is inserted and supported.
5 . The wood brick assembly of claim 4 , wherein plural vertical recesses are formed at the support column parallel in vertical direction, and
wherein the wall body is formed by combining plural rows of wood bricks to the support column.
6 . The wood brick assembly of claim 4 , wherein the length of the connection bar is formed to correspond to the width between a pair of support columns.
7 . The wood brick assembly of claim 1 , wherein in the connection bar, connection grooves formed in female and male form so as to engage each other are provided at the connection areas of the adjoining connection bars.
8 . The wood brick assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a vertical connection member which penetrates and is vertically inserted into the connection bar and the wood brick so as to increase the connection force of the connection bar and the wood brick.
9 . The wood brick assembly of claim 4 , wherein the support column is formed to correspond to the height of the wood brick and is formed by stacking plural support columns.
10 . The wood brick assembly of claim 1 , wherein the connection bar is arranged to have a length to correspond to that of plural wood bricks, and
wherein the position of the connection bar at the lower layer and the position of the connection bar at the upper layer are arranged to stagger each other.
11 . The wood brick assembly of claim 2 , wherein the sealing material is either one among the dry vit, siding, brick finishing materials.
12 . The wood brick assembly of claim 2 , wherein the length of the connection bar is formed to be longer than the length of the wood brick, so that it is inserted into the entire boundary area of a pair of adjoining wood bricks.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
