Garment Assembly

Abstract

A garment assembly for replacing a blouse or shirt such that a user does not get overheated while wearing a jacket includes a panel that may be positioned on a front side of the user's torso. A back side of the user's torso is exposed. A pair of upper straps is each coupled to the panel. Each of the upper straps engages the user's brasserie. The panel is retained on the user's torso. A pair of lower straps is coupled to the panel. Each of the lower straps is wrapped around the user.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A garment assembly configured to replace a blouse or shirt such that a user does not get overheated while wearing said assembly, said assembly comprising:
 a panel configured to be positioned on a front side of the user's torso such that a back side of the user's torso is exposed;   a pair of upper straps coupled to said panel, each of said upper straps extending from said panel wherein said upper straps are configured for engaging the user's brasserie such that said panel is retained on the user's torso; and   a pair of lower straps coupled to said panel, each of said lower straps extending from said panel wherein said lower straps are configured for being wrapped around the user.   
     
     
         2 . The assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein said panel having a back surface, a first lateral side and a second lateral side, each of said pair of upper straps being coupled to said back surface of said panel and extending laterally away from an associated one of said first and second lateral sides of said panel. 
     
     
         3 . The assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein a first pair and a second pair of couplers each coupled to an associated one of said pair of upper straps, said first and second pairs of couplers being spaced apart on said pair of upper straps. 
     
     
         4 . The assembly according to  claim 3 , wherein each of said pair of upper straps being wrapped around an associated one of a pair of shoulder straps on the user's brasserie, each of said pair of couplers on each of said pair of upper straps engaging one another such that said pair of upper straps are retained on each of the pair of shoulder straps on the user's brasserie. 
     
     
         5 . The assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein each of said pair of lower straps being coupled to a back surface of said panel and extending away from an associated one of a first lateral side and a second lateral side of said panel. 
     
     
         6 . The assembly according to  claim 5 , wherein each of said pair of lower straps being wrapped around the user's waist and tied together such that said panel is secured on the user's waist. 
     
     
         7 . A garment assembly configured to replace a blouse or shirt such that a user does not get overheated while wearing said assembly, said assembly comprising:
 a panel, said panel having a back surface, a first lateral side and a second lateral side, said panel being positionable on a front side of the user's torso such that a back side of the user's torso is exposed;   a pair of upper straps each coupled to said back surface of said panel and extending laterally away from an associated one of said first and second lateral sides of said panel;   a first pair and a second pair of couplers each coupled to an associated one of said pair of upper straps, said first and second pairs of couplers being spaced apart on said pair of upper straps;   each of said pair of upper straps extending from said panel wherein said upper straps are configured for being wrapped around an associated one of a pair of shoulder straps on the user's brasserie, each of said first and second pairs of couplers on each of said pair of upper straps engaging one another such that said pair of upper straps are retained on each of the pair of shoulder straps on the user's brasserie, said pair of upper straps retaining said panel on the user's torso;   a pair of lower straps coupled to said back surface of said panel and extending away from an associated one of said first and second lateral sides of said panel wherein said lower straps are configured for being wrapped around the user's waist and tied together such that said panel is secured on the user's waist.   
     
     
         8 . A method of covering a front of a user's torso with a garment while leaving a back of the user's torso exposed, the steps of the method comprising:
 a step of providing said panel, said pair of upper straps each having an associated one of said first and second pairs of couplers attached thereto and said pair of lower straps;   a step of positioning said panel on the front of the user's torso;   a step of wrapping each of said upper straps around an associated one of a pair of shoulder straps of the user's brasserie;   a step of coupling said first pair of couplers together and said second pair of couplers together;   a step of wrapping each of said pair of lower straps around the user's waist; and   a step of tying each of said pair of lower straps together.
