Mapping of tappable avatars

Abstract

A remote experience system is presented. The system can include a feed aggregation engine configured to obtain a plurality of feeds from feed acquiring devices associated with an event. The feed aggregation engine can obtain an experience policy related to the event and construct an experience feed having an arrangement of the plurality of feeds according to the experience policy. The experience feed can be presented to a user via an experience feed interface, and can include an indication of a focal or other cluster.

1 . A method of sharing an experience between a tapper and a content provider, comprising:
 providing at least first and second interfaces, configured to allow the tapper and the content provider to join a content sharing community;   providing at least a third interface configured to allow the tapper to select the content provider from a map that displays avatar representations of members of the content sharing community, and wherein at least one of the tapper and the content provider are unknown to the other prior to the tapper selecting the content provider;   conveying a solicitation from the tapper to the content provider to provide a video feed; and   conveying the video feed to the tapper, derived from a device operated or carried by the content provider, wherein the video feed comprises a near-real time, first-person experience of an environment of the content provider.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 providing a database configured to store a digital model representative of a location; and   superimposing the video feed onto the digital model according to a real-world perspective of the video feed in relation to the digital model.   
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising providing a fourth interface configured to allow the tapper to provide additional instructions to the content provider after receiving the video feed. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 detecting that the video feed is deviating from requirements of the solicitation by a threshold;   identifying a second video feed captured by a second content provider that satisfies the requirements of the solicitation; and   automatically conveying the second video feed to the tapper.   
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the third interface allows the tapper to select the content provider based on a reputation of the content provider. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the solicitation can be updated on a regular basis.
