Abstract
The invention relates to a beverage can closing member ( 99 ) comprising a frame part ( 10 ) that has a frame ( 11 ) and is used to open a beverage can by pressing in a lid of the beverage can at a predetermined breaking line, further comprising a covering member ( 42 ) to be arranged in an opening of a beverage can, and a locking device ( 46 ) which is designed and/or arranged on the covering member ( 42 ) and is designed and/or arranged in such a way that the covering member ( 42 ) arranged in an opening of a beverage can can be locked in an opening of a beverage can, the covering member ( 42 ) being designed in a closure part ( 40 ) and/or insertion part which is accommodated in the frame ( 11 ) of the frame part ( 10 ).

a frame having a frame part for opening a beverage can by pressing a beverage can lid of the can at a predetermined breaking line, and a cover element for placement in an opening of a beverage can and a formed on the cover element and/or locking device is arranged, which is designed and/or arranged such that the disposed in an opening of a beverage can cover element is lockable in an opening of a beverage can, wherein the cover is constructed and arranged within the frame of the frame part, characterized in that said cover in a predetermined breaking point and/or opening is intended to receive a drinking straw.
6 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 5 , in which a film to cover the cover element formed in a predetermined breaking point and opening is provided.
7 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 4 , with an actuating element to re-open a resealed by the cover element beverage can.
8 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 7 , wherein the actuator is formed as part of the closure part.
9 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 7 , wherein the actuator is an extension of the cover is extending beyond a portion of the frame of the frame part, in the direction of rivet hole,

10 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , with a bearing device disposed between the cover element and the actuator.
11 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , wherein the bearing device is designed as a groove and/or recess and/or an increase, which runs at a distance from the cover element substantially along a portion of the periphery of the cover, and/or in is substantially straight.
12 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , comprising a securing device, which is constructed and arranged such that it allows the actuation of the actuator in a first position and in a further position preventing the actuation of the actuating element.
13 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , comprising a further actuator, which is formed corresponding to the first operation song, wherein the bearing means is formed and arranged between the two actuators.
14 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , wherein the cover projections and/or recesses and/or grooves and/or beads which preferably extend towards the center of the cover from the edge of the cover.

16 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , wherein the cover element made of metal, a metal alloy and/or plastic and/or is formed of a rubber-like material and/or a combination of such materials.
17 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , wherein the frame part made of metal and/or aluminum plate and/or the material is in the form of the beverage can.
18 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , wherein said cover element and/or the frame part and the sealing lips and/or sealing bulges.

Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , further comprising an unlocking device and/or an actuator, or vehicle that is designed and arranged in such a way that the locking device is unlocked by actuating the unlocking device and the actuator, by elastic deformation of the cover the state in which the locking means are arranged radially on the inside, and the unlocking the actuation element comprises a preferably arranged on the beverage can closure element or a lever mechanism with one or more arranged on the beverage can closure element wings.

21 . Beverage can closure element according to claim 8 , wherein the edge of the cover has one or more tabs and/or wherein the cover has a flat surface or a protruding from a plane surface, said protruding from the plane surface, a curved, or a multiple curved surface.
