Abstract

The swimmer tool attached with one or more oars and under-wing that fold and unfold against the current, allowing a person to swim in water without previously learning how to by using this new tool.

1 . The tool for buoyancy in the water, comprising of:
 said floating body for buoyancy;   said oar for folding and unfolding;   said handle for holding the floating body; and   said under-wing for folding and unfolding.   
     
     
         2 . The tool attached with one or more oars that fold and unfold against the current. 
     
     
         3 . The tool recited in  claim 2  wherein,
 said floating body is made out of plastic or wood, with oars attached on the sides and the bottom that open and close at 90 degrees.
