Photographic ornament

Abstract

A Christmas tree ornament consisting of a plastic foam shape to which is attached a photograph and decorations consisting of sequins and beads. The intent of the present art is to disclose how, by the application of photographs of an end user's family members, ancestors, etc. to the Photographic Ornament, the end user can transform his/her Christmas tree into a visual representation of his/her Family Tree. What is also disclosed herein is the method and materials used to hand manufacture a Photographic Ornament, and to show a sampling of the unlimited design variations that are possible.

We claim: 
     
         1 . The ornamented design for a Photographic Ornament as shown and described, its method of manufacture to include the affixing of photographs, constructing the means of suspending the ornament, and the unlimited variations of the combining and application of decorative components. 
     
     
         2 . A novel ornament embodiment which is completely unique and personalized and is unlike any other prior art currently on the market. 
     
     
         3 . A novel ornament embodiment whereby an end user can preserve, display and enjoy personal photographs and the memories said photographs evoke. 
     
     
         4 . A novel ornament embodiment that is handmade and of heirloom quality. 
     
     
         5 . The decorative surface design of the embodiment, with all possible variations thereto, in the manufacture of novel Photographic Ornaments that are tangible, useful and beautiful. 
     
     
         6 . The assembly of a Do It Yourself Kit of the present art, to include ample quantities of all necessary components, with written and illustrated instructions.
