Packing box for electric home appliance

Abstract

A packing box ( 20 ) for electric home appliances is disclosed. The packing box ( 20 ) includes a box body ( 21 ) configured to surround a perimeter of one side surface of an electric home appliance ( 10 ) and a portion of other surfaces adjoining the one side surface, wherein a region of the box body ( 21 ) surrounding at least one of upper and lower portions of the electric home appliance ( 10 ) is provided with an openable folding structure ( 23 ). Accordingly, in the packing process using a packing box ( 20 ), packing may be completed through only two operations of fitting the packing box ( 20 ) onto both side surfaces of an electric home appliance. Therefore, the packing process may be simplified, and production time and labor may be reduced.

1 . A packing box for electric home appliances comprising:
 a box body configured to surround a perimeter of one side surface of an electric home appliance and a portion of other surfaces adjoining the one side surface,   wherein a portion of the box body surrounding at least one of upper and lower portions of the electric home appliance is provided with an openable folding structure,   wherein the box body is provided with a first folding line and a first cutting line, the first folding line being arranged at a position on the box body facing an upper portion of one side surface of the electric home appliance and the first cutting line extending from the first folding line and being provided to another surface of the box body adjoining the first folding line.   
     
     
         2 . The packing box according to  claim 1 , wherein the box body is provided with a second folding line and a second cutting line, the second folding line being arranged at a position on the box body facing a lower portion of the one side surface of the electric home appliance and the second cutting line extending from the second folding line and being provided to another surface of the box body adjoining the second folding line. 
     
     
         3 . The packing box according to  claim 1 , further comprising an opening formed at a position facing a portion of the one side surface of the electric home appliance. 
     
     
         4 . The packing box according to  claim 1 , wherein a base packing adapted to protect a lower portion of the electric home appliance and an upper packing adapted to protect an upper portion of the electric home appliance are securely attached to an interior of the box body. 
     
     
         5 . The packing box according to  claim 1 , further comprising a vinyl bag adapted to fully wrap the electric home appliance to protect the electric home appliance from dust and scratches before the electric home appliance is surrounded by the box body. 
     
     
         6 . The packing box according to  claim 1 , further comprising a band adapted to fix the box body to the electric home appliance after the electric home appliance is surrounded by the box body. 
     
     
         7 . The packing box according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a base packing adapted to protect a lower portion of the electric home appliance and an upper packing adapted to protect an upper portion of the electric home appliance, the base packing and the upper packing being provided to an interior of the box body;   a vinyl bag adapted to fully wrap the electric home appliance to protect the electric home appliance from dust and scratches before the electric home appliance is surrounded by the box body; and   a band adapted to fix the box body to the electric home appliance after the electric home appliance is surrounded by the box body.
