Abstract

A carrying apparatus operable to be worn over the shoulder and around the torso of a user wherein the carrying apparatus includes a plurality of pockets operable to receive and retain an item therein. The carrying apparatus includes a first strap portion and a second strap portion being rectangular in shape each having a first end and a second end. Fasteners are secured to each first end and second end of the first strap portion and the second strap portion so as to facilitate the mateable coupling thereof. A third strap portion including one pocket is provided and is configured to operably couple intermediate the first strap portion and second strap portion so as to increase and/or specialize the capacity and capability of the carrying apparatus.

4 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 3 , wherein said first fastener and said second fastener function to operably couple the first strap and the second strap.

5 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 4 , wherein on of said at least four pockets includes an aperture that is configured to dispense a discrete amount of an item disposed therein.

6 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 5 , and further including a third strap, said third strap having a body being rectangular in shape, said third strap having a first end and a second end, said third strap being configured to operably couple intermediate said first strap and said second strap.

7 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 6 , wherein the third strap includes one pocket, said one pocket configured to receive and retain a specific item.

8 . A carrying apparatus operable to be worn over the shoulder of a user and encircle the torso comprising:
a first strap portion , said first strap portion having a body being rectangular in shape, said body having a first end and a second end, said body having an upper surface and a lower surface; a second strap portion, said second strap portion having a body that is rectangular in shape, said body of said second strap portion having a first end and a second end, said body of said second strap portion having an upper surface; a plurality of pockets, said plurality of pockets being secured to the first strap portion and the second strap portion; and at least one third strap portion, said at least one third strap portion being configured to secure intermediate said first strap portion and said second strap portion, said at least one third strap portion having one pocket configured to receive and retain an object therein.

9 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 8 , wherein said first strap portion includes a first fastener and a second fastener, said first fastener proximate said first end of said first strap portion, said second fastener proximate said second end of said first strap portion.

10 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 9 , wherein said second strap portion includes a first fastener and a second fastener, said first fastener proximate said first end of said second strap portion, said second fastener proximate said second end of said second strap portion.

11 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 10 , wherein one of said plurality pockets includes an opening and a distally located aperture that is configured to dispense a discrete amount of an item disposed therein.

12 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 11 , wherein said third strap portion is configured to receive at least one of the following: medical apparatus, safety equipment or law enforcement aids.

13 . The carrying apparatus as recited in claim 12 , wherein one of said plurality of pockets is configured to receive and retain a music player.
