Holiday night cap ornamental bottle hanger

Abstract

In accordance with one of the embodiments, the subject matter of this invention includes an apparatus designed to hang small beverage bottles, typically known as nipper bottles for ornamentation such as on a holiday tree. The preferred embodiment has the ornamental form of a “Santa's hat.”

I claim: 
     
         1 . An ornamental bottle hanger comprising,
 a tubular or cylindrical body,   a conical section, said conical section having a base and apex,   an annular member or a hook attached to the apex of said conical section, and   said tubular or cylindrical body attached to the base of the conical section,   a spring clip or a plurality of retaining tabs disposed at or near the bottom end of the tubular or cylindrical body,   wherein said clip or tabs or retaining member or plurality of retaining members can securely engage the neck of a bottle or the cap of a bottle allowing ornamental festive display.   
     
     
         2 . An ornamental bottle hanger for hanging a bottle or a single serving beverage container comprising:
 A tubular or cylindrical hanger body,   a conical section, said conical section having a base and an apex, wherein the base of the cone is attached to one end of the tubular or cylindrical body,   a spring clip or a plurality of retaining tabs or a flexible cord which allows attachment of the bottle or the bottle cap to the tubular or cylindrical body or near the bottom of the tubular body or near the bottom of the ornamental bottle hanger.   
     
     
         3 . The apparatus of  claim 2  further comprising,
 an aperture in the conical section, and 
 a tassel at the apex of the conical section.
