Abstract

Embodiments of methods, systems, or apparatuses relating to a stand-up paddleboard are described herein.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An apparatus for adapting a stand-up-paddleboard comprising:
one or more mounting mechanisms; an at least in part rotatable and at least in part retractable support platform operatively couple to said one or more mounting mechanisms; and a seating apparatus operatively coupled to the at least in part retractable and at least in part rotatable support platform.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said at least in part retractable support platform comprises one or more telescoping poles.

3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein said at least in part retractable support platform comprises said one or more telescoping poles rotationally connected to said one or more mounting mechanisms.

4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said seating apparatus comprises a structure at least partially buoyant in water.

         5 . A system for use with a stand-up paddleboard comprising:
an installation module operable to detachably attach a mounting mechanism to said stand-up paddleboard; an at least in part retractable and rotatable support platform operatively coupled to said one or more mounting mechanisms; and a seating apparatus operatively coupled to said at least in part retractable and rotatable support platform.

6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein said at least in part retractable and rotatable support platform comprises one or more telescoping poles.

7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein said one or more telescoping poles are rotatable about one or more axes of said one or more mounting mechanisms.

8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein said one or more mounting mechanisms comprise at least an axel detachably coupled to said one or more telescoping poles.

9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said seating apparatus comprises a structure adapted to at least in part support a person in an at least in part seated position and that is capable of being at least partially buoyant in water.

         10 . A method of adapting a stand-up paddleboard comprising:
installing a mounting mechanism to said stand-up paddleboard; attaching an at least in part retractable and rotatable support platform to said one or more mounting mechanisms; and attaching a seating apparatus to said at least in part retractable and rotatable support platform.

11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein said at least in part retractable and rotatable support platform comprises one or more telescoping poles.

12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein said one or more telescoping poles are rotatable about one or more axes of said one or more mounting mechanisms.

13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein said one or more mounting mechanisms comprise at least an axel detachably coupled to said one or more telescoping poles.

14 . The method of claim 10 , wherein said seating apparatus comprises a structure adapted to at least in part support a person in an at least in part seated position and that is capable of being at least partially buoyant in water.
