Abstract

What is described is a motor vehicle ignition key including a movement sensor for detecting the movement of the motor vehicle ignition key, a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle system.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . (canceled)

         2 . A motor vehicle ignition key comprising:
 a movement sensor configured to acquire movement data by detecting a movement of the motor vehicle ignition key; a memory configured to record the movement data; and an evaluator configured to evaluate the movement data and to determine whether the movement data is a movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person; wherein the motor vehicle ignition key is configured to deactivate an ignition key function of starting up a motor vehicle if the evaluator determines that the movement data is the movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person.

         3 . The motor vehicle ignition key as claimed in claim 2 ,
 wherein the movement sensor comprises a 3D acceleration sensor.

         4 . The motor vehicle ignition key as claimed in claim 2 ,
 wherein the movement sensor comprises a 3D acceleration sensor and a pressure sensor for altitude detection.

         5 . The motor vehicle ignition key as claimed in claim 2 ,
 further comprising a device for displaying a presentation of the movement data to a user.

         6 . A motor vehicle system comprising:
 a motor vehicle ignition key comprising:
 a movement sensor configured to acquire movement data by detecting a movement of the motor vehicle ignition key;
 a memory configured to record the movement data; and
 a first interface configured to transmit the movement data;
   a motor vehicle controller comprising:
 a second interface configured to receive the movement data; and
 an evaluator configured to evaluate the movement data and to determine whether the movement data is a movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person; wherein
   the motor vehicle controller is configured to deactivate an ignition key function of starting up a motor vehicle if the evaluator determines that the movement data is the movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person.

         7 . A motor vehicle comprising:
 a motor vehicle ignition key comprising:
 a movement sensor configured to acquire movement data by detecting a movement of the motor vehicle ignition key;
 a memory configured to record the movement data; and
   a first interface configured to transmit the movement data;
 a motor vehicle controller comprising:
 a second interface configured to receive the movement data; and
 an evaluator configured to evaluate the movement data and to determine whether the movement data is a movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person; wherein
   the motor vehicle controller is configured to deactivate an ignition key function of starting up the motor vehicle if the evaluator determines that the movement data is the movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person.

         8 . A method comprising:
 acquiring, by using a movement sensor in a motor vehicle ignition key, movement data by detecting a movement of the motor vehicle ignition key;
       recording the movement data in a memory within the motor vehicle ignition key; and
 evaluating the movement data and to determine whether the movement data is a movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person;

       deactivating an ignition key function of starting up a motor vehicle if the evaluator determines that the movement data is the movement pattern that resembles movements of a drunk person.

         9 . A non-transitory computer readable medium including a computer program for performing, when the computer program is executed on a processor, a method according to claim 8 .
