Customizable Bag

Abstract

A customizable bag for interchangeably displaying photos, business logos, and images of characters, such as superheroes, sports teams, celebrities, and the like on the exterior a bag. The customizable bag includes a main compartment and one or more secondary compartments for carrying objects therein. The bag further includes one or more pockets disposed within a main compartment or a secondary compartment, such that the exterior surface of the bag serves as a front wall for a pocket. The pocket includes a transparent window disposed on the front wall thereof, wherein the pocket can receive an insert having an image thereon. An opening is disposed on the pocket that enables the insert to be inserted into the pocket, wherein the image is then displayed through the transparent window. The opening is closable by a fastener in order to protect the insert from becoming wet.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A customizable bag, comprising:
 a bag comprising an exterior surface and a main compartment;   wherein said bag comprises an opening adapted to provide access to said main compartment;   one or more pockets disposed within said bag, wherein each of said one or more pockets comprises a rear wall, a front wall, an interior volume, and an opening adapted to receive an insert therein;   a transparent window disposed on said front wall of said one or more pockets, wherein said transparent window is adapted to display said insert therethrough.   
     
     
         2 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , wherein said bag is a backpack. 
     
     
         3 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , further comprising one or more secondary compartments disposed on said bag, wherein said one or more secondary compartments each comprise a base, one or more sidewalls, an upper end, and an opening providing access to an interior of said one or more secondary compartments. 
     
     
         4 . The customizable bag of  claim 3 , wherein said one or more pockets are disposed within said interior of said one or more secondary compartments, such that a front wall of said one or more secondary compartments serves as said front wall of said one or more pockets. 
     
     
         5 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , wherein said opening of said one or more secondary compartments is closable by a fastener. 
     
     
         6 . The customizable bag of  claim 5 , wherein said fastener is a water-resistant zipper. 
     
     
         7 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , wherein said opening of said bag is closable by a fastener. 
     
     
         8 . The customizable bag of  claim 7 , wherein said fastener is a water-resistant zipper. 
     
     
         9 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , wherein said opening of said one or more pockets is disposed on said rear wall of said one or more pockets. 
     
     
         10 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , wherein said opening of said one or more pockets is closable by a fastener disposed therealong said opening. 
     
     
         11 . The customizable bag of  claim 10 , wherein said fastener comprises a hook and loop material. 
     
     
         12 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , wherein said rear wall of said one or more pockets is secured to and disposed on a rear side of said transparent window, wherein said opening of said one or more pockets is disposed between said rear wall and said transparent window. 
     
     
         13 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , further comprising said insert disposed in said one or more pockets, wherein said insert comprises a planar section and is adapted to be displayed through said transparent window. 
     
     
         14 . The customizable bag of  claim 1 , further comprising one or more pouches disposed on said bag having a base, one or more sidewalls, and an open upper end.
