Abstract
A method of producing fabrics which show a silk-like visual effect and soft hand-feel and retains such effects after being stretched and returned to its original size. This method combines a specific fabric structure and the treatment with a silicon oil in the finishing process. The particular fabric structure has nylon yarns which is close looped and elastic spandex yarns which is open looped.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method of producing a fabric, comprising a step of designing a particular looping structure of said fabric and a step of treating said fabric with a silicon oil in a finishing process, said looping structure being the pigeon head pattern.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein in said pigeon head pattern there are a first type of yarns and a second type of yarns, and said first type of yarns forms open loops and is more elastic than said second type of yarns which forms close loops, and wherein extension segments of said first type yarns are in the same plane.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein said first type of yarns is spandex.
4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein said second type of yarns is nylon.
5 . A warp knitted fabric, comprising a pigeon head pattern of looping structure and being produced by the method according to claim 1 .
6 . The warp knitted fabric of claim 5 , wherein in said pigeon head pattern there are a first type of yarns and a second type of yarns, and said first type of yarns forms open loops and is more elastic than said second type of yarns which forms close loops, and wherein extension segments of said first type yarns are in the same plane.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
