Abstract

A runner link harness may include two shoulder straps, each having a front section and a rear section. The front section may include at least one first connection mechanism and a shoulder strap adjustment mechanism. The rear section may include at least one second connection mechanism. At least one waist strap may include a waist strap adjustment mechanism that may be attached to the two shoulder straps. The runner link harness may be placed on an operator, and at least one more operators may place on at least one more runner link harness. The at least one first connection mechanism of each runner link harness may removably attach to at least one second connection mechanism of another runner link harness. The at least one first connection mechanism may include a retractable line that adjusts the length between operators.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A runner link harness comprising:
two shoulder straps, each having a front section and a rear section, where the front section comprises at least one first connection mechanism and a shoulder strap adjustment mechanism, wherein the rear section comprises at least one second connection mechanism; and at least one waist strap comprising a waist strap adjustment mechanism, wherein the at least one waist strap attaches to the two shoulder straps.

2 . The runner link harness of claim 1 , wherein the at least one first connection mechanism slides along the shoulder strap.

3 . The runner link harness of claim 1 , wherein the at least one first connection mechanism comprises a housing and ring assembly.

4 . The runner link harness of claim 3 , wherein the housing holds a retractable line within an interior housing, wherein the retractable line connects to a ring.

5 . The runner link harness of claim 1 , wherein the at least one second connection mechanism comprises a rear buckle and ring assembly.

6 . The runner link harness of claim 1 , wherein the waist strap adjustment mechanism comprises a waist strap adjustment buckle.

7 . A method for harnessing multiple people for the purpose of exercising, comprising the steps of:
attaching a runner link harness to a first operator, wherein the runner link harness comprises two shoulder straps, each having a front section and a rear section, where the front section comprises at least one first connection mechanism and a shoulder strap adjustment mechanism, wherein the rear section comprises at least one second connection mechanism; and at least one waist strap comprising a waist strap adjustment mechanism, wherein the at least one waist strap attaches to the two shoulder straps; attaching at least one additional runner link harness to at least one more operator; removably attaching the at least one first connection mechanism of one operator to the at least one second mechanism of the next operator; and performing an exercise with at least two operators joined together by multiple runner link harnesses.

8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the at least one first connection mechanism comprises a housing having an interior housing, a retractable line held within the interior housing of the housing, and a ring attached to an end of the retractable line.

9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising the step of at least one operator adjusting the distance between each operator by releasing a length of the retractable line from the housing of at least one first connection mechanism.
