liveARM

Abstract

liveARM is a portable exercising device that is used to strengthen or develop the shoulder muscles. It is used through causing a her to move centripetally and having handles that are able to tighten around the bar. As the handles become tighter it becomes increasingly difficult for the bar to be rotated straining the muscles and exercising them. The exercising device can have the handles removed in order to not damage the resistance system and also allow for ease of storage. liveARM also gives the user the capability of wielding the device at any desired angle in order to engage the shoulder muscles in a variety of ways.

1 . liveARM is an anchor-free shoulder exercising device. 
     
     
         2 . The shoulder exercise device in  claim 1  is portable. 
     
     
         3 . The shoulder exercise device in  claim 2  allows for 360 degree usage, through being able to hold the device at any angle. 
     
     
         4 . liveARM contains the resistance system within the handles. 
     
     
         5 . The shoulder exercise device in  claim 4  is capable of removing those handles.
