Abstract
An interactive media management server that facilitates management of interactive media and delivery of such interactive media. It comprises a first interface to an interactive media distribution server communicatively coupled to a plurality of mobile devices, and a second interface to a service provider system or a content provider system. It comprises a manager module for managing creation, distribution and tracking of a plurality of interactive media. The manager module, via the second interface, manages the delivery of the plurality of interactive media from the service provider system or the content provider system, and the communication of user responses to the plurality of interactive media to the corresponding service provider system or content provider system.

a management server system that supports storage of a plurality of interactive media from a plurality of content providers and service providers, including a first interactive media from a first provider; the management server system responds to a selection of the first interactive media reference or identification received from one of the plurality of mobile devices by delivering a first description, a first interaction solicitation, and a first sample of the first interactive media to the one of the plurality of mobile devices; and wherein a selection of the first interaction solicitation causes a complete version of a first interactive media to be delivered to the one of the plurality of mobile devices, the complete version of a first interactive media related to the first interactive media.

The media management system of claim 1 , wherein the management server system comprises a search interface for the searching and the retrieving the interactive media that enables the plurality of users to utilize search terms to locate one or more interactive media from a plurality of stored interactive media.
3 . The media management system of claim 1 , wherein the management server system organizes the received interactive media into categories.
4 . The media management system of claim 1 , wherein the management server system comprises a search engine that enables the plurality of users to utilize search terms to locate one or more interactive media from a plurality of stored interactive media.
5 . The media management system of claim 1 , wherein the management server system comprises a search engine that enables the plurality of users to locate one or more interactive media from a plurality of stored interactive media based on their profiles.

The media management system of claim 1 wherein the management server provides references to uploaded audio, photo and video data provided by the plurality of users as part of their user inputs from their corresponding ones of the plurality of mobile devices, to specific ones of the plurality of interactive media, wherein such references are communicated as collected responses associated with the specific interactive media to corresponding content provider servers or service provider servers.
7 . A media search infrastructure comprising:
a first service that couples with a management system, the management system storing representations of interactive media data collected from a plurality of Internet servers associated with content providers and service providers; a second search service that couples with a storage system, the storage system storing a plurality of categories of interactive media, each category of the plurality of categories of interactive media including description data and references to collections of available interactive media; a third search service that interacts with a first mobile device of a first user to receive a request or single search input; the second search service, based at least in part on the single search input or request, produces first search results from the management system, wherein the first search results comprise one or more of the plurality of categories; and the third search service communicating the first search results to first mobile device for display to the user with simultaneous user input solicitation.
8 . The media search infrastructure of claim 7 further comprising:
a third search service interacts with the first mobile device of the first user to receive a reference or identification of a selected interactive media from the one or more of the plurality of categories of interactive media, and, in response, communicates the selected interactive media to the first mobile device.
9 . The media search infrastructure of claim 7 further comprising:
a first service identifies an appropriate advertisement for each of the plurality of mobile devices based at least on previous advertisements presented and previous retrievals of interactive media from the corresponding one of the plurality of mobile devices; and
the third search service communicates the first appropriate advertisement to the first mobile device for display to the user with simultaneous user input solicitation.
10 . The media search infrastructure of claim 7 further comprising:
the third search service receives one or more photos, one or more recorded audio, or one or more video clips as user input or feedback from the first mobile device.
11 . The media search infrastructure of claim 10 further comprising:
a website; and
a website page associated with the management system that provides access to the one or more photos, one or more recorded audio, or one or more video clips received as user input or feedback from the first mobile device.
12 . The media search infrastructure of claim 10 further comprising:
the storage system provides portions of user responses selectively for retrieval and storage in external storages.
13 . The media search infrastructure of claim 11 further comprising:
the storage system includes portions of user responses selectively in reports generated and shared; and
the website provides access to the reports generated and shared to service providers, content providers, creators and owners of interactive media.
14 . The media search infrastructure of claim 11 wherein the reports are generated daily, weekly, and monthly, comprising usage, ranking, rating, comments, feedback and other related information, for each of the plurality of interactive media.
15 . The media search infrastructure of claim 7 further comprising:
the first service manages a start date and an end date for each of a plurality of interactive media and also provides a facility to manage a target user profile for each of a plurality of interactive media;
a fourth service that tracks user selections of interactive media, interest shown by users of the plurality of mobile devices in various categories of interactive media and the participation of the users in one or more social networks, to create and manage user profiles; and
the second search service, based at least in part on the target user profile and the user profiles managed, produces first target group of users and their associated ones of the plurality of mobile devices to which a new interactive media is targeted.

The media search infrastructure of claim 15 wherein the target user profile for associated ones of the plurality of interactive media is submitted along with the associated interactive media by an advertisement company that provides ads, a content provider providing content, and a service provider offering an interactive media as part of a service delivery.
17 . A media management server, the media management server comprising:
a manager module for managing creation, distribution and tracking of a plurality of interactive media; the manager module, via a first interface, managing the delivery of the plurality of interactive media from a service provider system or a content provider system, and the communication of user responses to the plurality of interactive media to the corresponding service provider system or content provider system; the manager module selectively facilitating storage, status change to active or inactive, updates, removal, replacement, ranking, rating and tracking of usage for each of the plurality of interactive media via the first interface; a first service coupled with the manager module identifies an appropriate advertisement for each of the plurality of users selectively based on one or more of previous advertisements presented, responses received to previous advertisements and previous retrievals of interactive media by the corresponding ones of the plurality users; and the second service communicates the appropriate advertisement for display to the user with simultaneous user input solicitation.
18 . The media management server of claim 17 wherein the second service communicates one of the plurality of interactive media to each of the plurality of users along with the appropriate advertisement for display to the user with simultaneous user input solicitation.
19 . The media management server of claim 17 wherein the second service communicates one of the plurality of interactive media to each of the plurality of users and receives one of a rating, ranking or feedback on individual ones of the plurality of interactive media.
20 . The media management server of claim 17 further comprising:
a subscription service that provides subscriptions to the plurality of users in order to facilitate access to requested ones of the plurality of interactive media; and
