Exercise tube with adjustable resistance

Abstract

An Exercise tube with adjustable resistance can provide different compression resistance strength for exercise. A user can select the correct spring loaded small tubes of different resistance strength to add up to desired total resistance strength and insert them into bigger outer tube and big inner tube. The user can adjust the resistance strength needed for a particular exercise. In addition, different user can share the same exercise tube by adjusting the resistance strength to suit their individual needs.

1 . Exercise tube with adjustable variable resistance comprising one outer tube with a cap, one inner tube with a cap, one surrounding rope and several spring loaded small tubes. 
     
     
         2 . Said outer tube with a cap of  claim 1  comprising a long tubular structure which is preferable about 1 foot to 2 feet in length and 1.5 to 2.5 inches in diameter and a cap which admits snuggly and easily one end of said long tubular structure and has a tunnel passing from one side to the other side near its top end to admit loosely said surrounding rope of  claim 1 . 
     
     
         3 . Said inner tube with a cap in  claim 1  comprising a long tubular structure which is preferable of the same length of said outer tube of  claims 1  and  2 , overlaps with said outer tube of  claims 1  and  2  for about one quarter to one third of their lengths, telescopes easily inside said outer tube of  claims 1  and  2  and has a cap which admits snuggly and easily one end said long tubular structure and has a tunnel passing from one side to the another side near its top end to admit loosely said surrounding rope of  claim 1 . 
     
     
         4 . Said surrounding rope of  claim 1  comprising a long rope which can pass easily through said tunnel of  claims 2  and  3  and encircles tightly said exercise tube with adjustable variant resistance of  claim 1  and has a locking apparatus which includes one ring installed at one end and a hook installed at the other end to lock together. 
     
     
         5 . Said spring loaded small tube of  claim 1  comprising a long outer small tube which is preferable of the same length of said outer tube of claims land  2  and said inner tube of  claims 1  and  3 , a long inner small tube which is preferable of the same length of said long outer small and can telescope inside said long outer small tube and a long compression spring which is of variable compressing resistant power and is stored inside said long outer small tube and said long inner small tube extending from the inner side of said cap of outer tube of  claim 2  to the inner side of said cap of inner tube of  claim 3 .
