The cape includes an adjustable collar by use of snap fasteners and a parachute buckle attached by braided elastic for precise fitting around the neck, two clear viewing windows for viewing devices, a second opening for receiving a neck of an individual by use of snap fasteners to allow a child and an adult to share the same cape ensuring the cleanliness of both wearers, and a fold that is flush with the inner surface of the cape to open from a fastened position to fully expand to protect feet and footwear.

a cape having sufficient size and shape to substantially cover shoulder, torso, lap portions, feet and footwear of a wearer to protect said portions; a collar associated with the cape and having adjustable snap fasteners and and a parachute buckle to provide tight-fitting engagement of the collar around the neck of the wearer; a cape body portion; a viewing window constructed from generally optically clear material positioned in spaced-apart relation from the collar in a location down on the cape corresponding to about the abdomen of the wearer, located in the cape body portion such that communications and devices can viewed through the garment; snap fasteners in a spaced-apart relation from the opening located down on the cape in a position corresponding to about the waste/lap of the wearer to provide a standard length of coverage when fastened taking the height of the wearer into consideration; a lower cape portion; a second viewing window constructed from generally optically clear material positioned in spaced-apart relation from the opening in a location down on the cape corresponding to about the shin of the wearer, located in the lower cape portion such that communications and devices can be viewed through the garment for the wearer to keep a child entertained by watching a cartoon or playing a game; snap fasteners in a spaced-apart relation from the second viewing window located down on the cape in a position corresponding to about the waste/lap of the wearer to provide a full length of coverage when unfastened to protect the wearers feet and footwear from falling hair and products;
2 . The garment according to claim 1 , wherein the cape is constructed from a durable, draping material.
3 . The garment according to claim 1 , wherein the collar including snap fasteners and an adjustable parachute buckle for securing the cape around differing size necks of an individual.
4 . The garment according to claim 1 , wherein the viewing windows are sewn into the cape body portion and the lower cape portion.
5 . The garment according to claim 1 , wherein the viewing windows have a generally square shape.
6 . The garment according to claim 1 , wherein the generally optically clear material prevents falling hair and hair products from passing there through.
7 . The garment according to claim 1 , wherein the communications device is either a cellular phone, laptop, tablet, or book.
8 . The garment according to claim 1 , wherein the cape includes snap fasteners for adjusting the length of the cape.
9 . A salon cape for protecting one or two individuals receiving a haircut at the same time comprising:
an opening associated with the cape having snap fasteners in spaced-apart relation from the viewing window down on the cape located in the top cape portion to provide an adult the ability to coincide with a child underneath the same garment by having the child sit on the adults lap; the opening is then placed over the child's head and fastened to provide tight-fitting engagement, while the rest of the cape is draped over the adult and secured by fastening the collar to provide the protection of both the child and the adult from faking hair and product while the child feels safe havened as well by the adult;
