Customizable attachable article with insulated beverage pocket and binocular kit

Abstract

A customizable attachable article with insulated beverage pocket includes a main body having an adhesive material and removable covering layer disposed along the back surface, and a pocket disposed along the front surface. The main body and pocket being constructed from a durable and printer friendly material. A pocket liner is constructed from a heat resistant material and covers the outside facing area of the pocket. A set of folding binoculars are provided, and each of the main body, the pocket, the pocket liner and the binoculars include user-customizable event indicia.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A customizable attachable article with insulated pocket, said article comprising:
 a main body having a front surface, a back surface and a plurality of side surfaces;   a cover material that is removably secured along an entirety of the back surface;   an adhesive material that is interposed between the back surface and the cover material, said adhesive material being configured to adhere the main body to an article of clothing;   a pocket that is disposed along the front surface of the main body, said pocket including an opening along a top end; and   an insulated pocket liner that is configured to be secured along an outside facing surface of the pocket.   
     
     
         2 . The article of  claim 1 , wherein the pocket is secured onto the main body in a generally flat manner, and further comprises a plurality of folds that are configured to expand a size of the pocket. 
     
     
         3 . The article of  claim 1 , wherein each of the main body and the pocket are formed from a single sheet of material that is designed to receive indicia from a printer. 
     
     
         4 . The article of  claim 1 , wherein each of the main body and the pocket are formed from a single sheet of  8 . 5 × 11  inch printer ready synthetic polyester paper. 
     
     
         5 . The article of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a plurality of scored lines disposed along the main body forming at least one removable section.   
     
     
         6 . The article of  claim 5 , wherein at least one of the removable sections includes a shape and dimension that is complementary to a shape and dimension of a front panel of a folding binocular device. 
     
     
         7 . The article of  claim 6 , wherein each of the main body, pocket and at least one removable section includes identical event indicia. 
     
     
         8 . The article of  claim 6 , wherein each of the main body, pocket and at least one removable section includes different event indicia. 
     
     
         9 . The article of  claim 1 , wherein the pocket liner is constructed from a heat resistant material having an adhesive disposed along a back surface thereof. 
     
     
         10 . The article of  claim 9 , wherein each of the pocket and the pocket liner include a dimension that is complementary to a dimension of a beverage container; and
 said pocket is configured to receive and store a beverage container.   
     
     
         11 . A customizable attachable article with insulated pocket and binocular kit, said kit comprising:
 a main body having a front surface, a back surface and a plurality of side surfaces;   a cover material that is removably secured along an entirety of the back surface;   an adhesive material that is interposed between the back surface and the cover material, said adhesive material being configured to adhere the main body to an article of clothing;   a pocket that is disposed along the front surface of the main body, said pocket including an opening along a top end;   an insulated pocket liner that is configured to be secured along an outside facing surface of the pocket; and   a binocular device having a pair of folding side members that are in communication with a front plate having a pair of objective lenses disposed therein,   wherein said pocket includes a dimension that is complementary to a dimension of a beverage container, and is configured to receive and store the same.   
     
     
         12 . The kit of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 a plurality of scored lines that disposed along the main body of the article, said lines forming at least one removable section.   
     
     
         13 . The kit of  claim 12 , wherein one of the removable sections includes a shape and dimension that is complementary to a shape and dimension of the front plate of the binocular device. 
     
     
         14 . The kit of  claim 13 , wherein the removable section having the shape and dimension of the binocular device further includes a pair of circular scored lines defining a pair of apertures. 
     
     
         15 . The kit of  claim 14 , wherein said apertures include a size and shape that are complementary to the objective lenses disposed along the front plate of the binocular device. 
     
     
         16 . The kit of  claim 12 , wherein one of the removable sections includes an elongated binocular strap having a pair of adhesive backed ends, and wherein each of the adhesive backed ends are configured to engage an outer edge of one of the folding side members. 
     
     
         17 . The kit of  claim 11 , wherein each of the main body, the pocket, the pocket liner, and at least one removable section includes identical event indicia. 
     
     
         18 . The kit of  claim 11 , wherein each of the main body, the pocket, the pocket liner, and at least one removable section includes different event indicia. 
     
     
         19 . The kit of  claim 11 , wherein the article is constructed from a single sheet of 8.5×11 inch printer ready synthetic paper. 
     
     
         20 . The kit of  claim 11 , wherein the pocket liner is constructed from a heat resistant material having an adhesive disposed along a back surface thereof.
