Abstract

This invention is about a cold dynamic cycle refrigeration apparatus, which makes up cold energy with cryogenic liquid refrigerant by liquid circulating pump boosting, after its temperature is increased via the cold regenerator, it enters the cold consuming apparatus to provide cold and becomes a gaseous refrigerant, then it flows through the expander to expand and make work by reducing pressure and temperature, and then returns to the refrigerant tank via the cold regenerator or/and throttle valve. This invention requires no circulation cooling water system as in a traditional steam compression refrigeration apparatus, so its maintenance and operation cost can be substantially reduced, with an apparatus of the same refrigerating capacity, it can save energy by more than 30% as compared with traditional ones, producing substantial economic, social and environmental protection benefits.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A cold dynamic cycle refrigeration apparatus, with the features that:
The said cold dynamic cycle refers to the process that the liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) from refrigerant tank ( 1 ) is boosted by liquid circulating pump ( 3 ), to become gaseous refrigerant via cold regenerator ( 9 ) and cold consuming apparatus ( 4 ), then it flows via expander ( 6 ) and cold regenerator ( 9 ) to reduce pressure and temperature, and returns to the refrigerant tank ( 1 ), so as to form the cold dynamic cycle circuit of the refrigerant; The said refrigerant ( 2 ) or refrigerating media, refers to a single-component low boiling point refrigerating media with boiling point below −10° C. under standard state, or a mixed refrigerating media with the refrigerating media with boiling point below −10° C. under standard state as the main.

2 . The apparatus as described in claim 1 , with the features that:
It is provided with the cold regenerator ( 8 ): The said cold dynamic cycle refers to the process that the liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) from refrigerant tank ( 1 ) is boosted by liquid circulating pump ( 3 ), to become gaseous refrigerant via cold regenerator ( 9 ), cold regenerator ( 8 ) and cold consuming apparatus ( 4 ), then it flows via cold regenerator ( 8 ), expander ( 6 ) and cold regenerator ( 9 ) to reduce pressure and temperature, and returns to the refrigerant tank ( 1 ), so as to form the cold dynamic cycle circuit of the refrigerant.

3 . The apparatus as described in claim 2 , with the features that:
It is provided with throttle valve ( 10 ): The liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) from refrigerant tank ( 1 ) is boosted by liquid circulating pump ( 3 ), to become gaseous refrigerant via cold regenerator ( 9 ) and cold consuming apparatus ( 4 ), then it flows via expander ( 6 ), cold regenerator ( 9 ) and throttle valve ( 10 ) to reduce pressure and temperature, and returns to the refrigerant tank ( 1 ), so as to form the cold dynamic cycle circuit of the refrigerant; Or the liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) from refrigerant tank ( 1 ) is boosted by liquid circulating pump ( 3 ), to become gaseous refrigerant via cold regenerator ( 9 ), cold regenerator ( 8 ) and cold consuming apparatus ( 4 ), then it flows via cold regenerator ( 8 ), expander ( 6 ) and cold regenerator ( 9 ) to reduce pressure and temperature, and returns to the refrigerant tank ( 1 ), so as to form the cold dynamic cycle circuit of the refrigerant.

4 . The apparatus as described in claim 1 , with the features that:
The braking equipment ( 7 ) of the said expander ( 6 ) refers to fan, hydraulic pump or gas compressor.

5 . The apparatus as described in claim 1 , with the features that:
The said apparatus is also applicable to an open refrigerating system: i.e. the refrigerant with pressure and temperature reduced in expander ( 6 ) is supplied external to other cold consuming apparatus, and refrigerant tank is supplemented with liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) of the same quality, so as to maintain the balance of the refrigerant.

6 . The apparatus as described in claim 4 , with the features that:
The said apparatus is also applicable to an open refrigerating system: i.e. the refrigerant with pressure and temperature reduced in expander ( 6 ) is supplied external to other cold consuming apparatus, and refrigerant tank is supplemented with liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) of the same quality, so as to maintain the balance of the refrigerant.

7 . The apparatus as described in claim 2 , with the features that:
The braking equipment ( 7 ) of the said expander ( 6 ) refers to fan, hydraulic pump or gas compressor.

8 . The apparatus as described in claim 3 , with the features that:
The braking equipment ( 7 ) of the said expander ( 6 ) refers to fan, hydraulic pump or gas compressor.

9 . The apparatus as described in claim 2 , with the features that:
The said apparatus is also applicable to an open refrigerating system: i.e. the refrigerant with pressure and temperature reduced in expander ( 6 ) is supplied external to other cold consuming apparatus, and refrigerant tank is supplemented with liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) of the same quality, so as to maintain the balance of the refrigerant.

10 . The apparatus as described in claim 3 , with the features that:
The said apparatus is also applicable to an open refrigerating system: i.e. the refrigerant with pressure and temperature reduced in expander ( 6 ) is supplied external to other cold consuming apparatus, and refrigerant tank is supplemented with liquid refrigerant ( 2 ) of the same quality, so as to maintain the balance of the refrigerant.
