Abstract

An adapter device that enables small drinking cups to fit within larger beer pong drinking cups by adjusting the circumference of the smaller cups at the small cup rim. A continuous elastic band on the top rim of the small cup it to rest nearly flush inside a larger cup for multi-levels of alcohol consumption. These devices can be removed for reuse and/or collected during game play.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A device adapted for enabling a small diameter cup to sit inside a larger diameter cup for a beer pong-type drinking game, said device comprising:
 a continuous elastic band for: (i) positioning onto a top rim of the small diameter cup and (ii) enabling the top rim of the small diameter cup to rest substantially planar with a top rim of the larger diameter cup when the small diameter cup and the continuous elastic band are positioned in the larger diameter cup.   
     
     
         2 . The device of  claim 1 , which can be easily removed from the top rim of the small diameter cup and worn about an individual's wrist. 
     
     
         3 . The device of  claim 1  wherein the continuous elastic band at least temporarily affixes to the rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         4 . The device of  claim 1  wherein the continuous elastic band at least temporarily adheres to the rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 1  wherein the continuous elastic band temporarily rests adjacent an interior circumference of the top rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         6 . The device of  claim 1  wherein the continuous elastic band temporarily rests adjacent an exterior circumference of the top rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         7 . The device of  claim 1  wherein the continuous elastic band temporarily rests on both an interior circumference and an exterior circumference of the top rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         8 . The device of  claim 1  wherein a top surface of the continuous elastic band is circularly-shaped. 
     
     
         9 . The device of  claim 1  wherein a top surface of the continuous elastic band includes at least one of: a message, a sports or school logo and an advertisement. 
     
     
         10 . The device of  claim 1 , which can be removed and worn as a counting device. 
     
     
         11 . A device adapted for enabling a small diameter cup to temporarily sit inside a larger diameter cup for a drinking game and be removed for wearing as a drink counting device, said device comprising:
 a continuous band for resting onto a top rim of the smaller diameter cup for enabling the top rim of the smaller diameter cup to sit within and rest substantially planar with a top rim of the larger diameter cup, said continuous band having a substantially flat top surface onto which a printed message is imparted.   
     
     
         12 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the continuous band is elastic. 
     
     
         13 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the top surface of the continuous band is circular in shape. 
     
     
         14 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the continuous band rests adjacent an interior circumference of the top rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         15 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the continuous band rests adjacent an exterior circumference of the top rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         16 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the continuous band rests on both an interior circumference and an exterior circumference of the top rim of the small diameter cup. 
     
     
         17 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the printed message includes a sports logo. 
     
     
         18 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the printed message includes a school logo. 
     
     
         19 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the printed message includes a product advertisement. 
     
     
         20 . The device of  claim 11  wherein the printed message includes a public service announcement.
