Dual Chamber SportzBottle with 2-N-1 and 2-To-1 Flip-up Spout Lids

Abstract

A sleek contoured bottle design including a body portion having a dividing wall extended from the base portion to past the top of the bottle; a first chamber for holding a first liquid; a second chamber for holding a second liquid; two lids, one lid with dual flip-up spouts and optional dual straw attachments and a second lid with a two to one design flip up spout with optional dual straw attachments for extracting liquid from both the first and second chamber or extracting liquid from both the first and second chamber and liquids combine upon consumption from the 2-to-1 flip-up spout design and adapted to be operational with respect to the base portion of the bottle.

What claimed is: 
     
         1 . A body, comprising:
 a body portion having a dividing wall extending from the base portion to extend past the top of the bottle;   a first chamber for holding a first liquid; cooperating with a first flip-up spout and optional first straw attachment;   a second chamber for holding a second liquid; cooperating with a second flip-up spout and optional second straw attachment. The 2-to-1 flip-up spout lid design allowing first and second liquids from the first and second chambers to mix together upon consumption.   
     
     
         2 . The bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein the first chamber is a same volumetric size as the second chamber. 
     
     
         3 . The bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein the first chamber and the second chamber are the same height. 
     
     
         4 . The bottle according to  claim 1 , wherein having a lid designed with dual flip-up spouts and dual straw attachments;
 and wherein, the first flip-up spouts is positioned on a first chamber and the second flip-up spout is positioned on a second chamber.   
     
     
         5 . The bottle according to  claim 2 , wherein the lid with dual straw attachments with first straw attachment positioned on a first chamber and the second straw attachment is positioned on a second chamber. 
     
     
         6 . A method for manufacturing a bottle, the method comprising the steps of:
 Forming a body portion having a dividing wall extending from a base portion to extend past the top of the bottle;   Forming a first chamber for holding a first liquid, the first chamber cooperating with a first flip-up spout and first straw attachment; and forming a second chamber for holding a second liquid, the second chamber cooperating with a second flip-up spout and second straw attachment. A second lid the two-to-one design is available and can serve the same purpose as the first and second flip-up spouts however, the two-to-one flip-up spout will allow liquid content to merge together as one liquid at the spout tip.
