.- 111 . (canceled)

. A method of treating Fabry disease in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the patient from about 50 mg to about 300 mg of 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin or a salt thereof about every 2-3 days.

. The method of claim 112 , wherein from about 125 mg to about 225 mg of 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin or a salt thereof is administered to the patient about every 2-3 days.

. The method of claim 113 , wherein about 150 mg of the 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin or a salt thereof is administered to the patient.

. The method of claim 113 , wherein the 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin or a salt thereof is administered to the patient about every 2 days.

. The method of claim 115 , wherein about 150 mg of the 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin or a salt thereof is administered to the patient.

. The method of claim 113 , wherein the 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin or a salt thereof is 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin hydrochloride.

. A method for treating Fabry disease in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the patient from about 50 mg to about 300 mg of 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin hydrochloride about every 2-3 days.

. The method of claim 118 , wherein about 150 mg of the 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin hydrochloride is administered to the patient.

. The method of claim 118 , wherein the 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin hydrochloride is administered to the patient about every 2 days.

. The method of claim 120 , wherein about 150 mg of the 1-deoxygalactonojirimycin hydrochloride is administered to the patient.
