Foot ware with integrated pocket for insertion of orthotic arch supports

Abstract

This invention relates to foot ware with a pocketed area for receiving an orthotic arch support. The pocket is either formed within a two piece insole so that the pocket is formed within the lower portion of the insole and the upper portion of the insole has an opening for insertion of an orthotic arch support. Alternatively the pocket is formed into a separate compartment layer which is positioned above the outsole and below the inner with an opening for insertion of an orthotic arch support extending through the insole.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . Foot ware comprising of an outsole and insole with pocketed area for inserting and removal of an orthotic arch support insert. 
     
     
         2 . The foot ware of  claim 1 , wherein said pocketed area has an entrance in the insole for inserting and removal of an orthotic arch support insert. 
     
     
         3 . The foot ware of  claim 1 , wherein said insole is made of a stretchy material which allows for ease of insertion and removal of orthotic arch support insert. 
     
     
         4 . The insole of  claim 3 , wherein said stretchy material helps retain proper positioning of orthotic arch support insert.
