Abstract

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for performing random access procedure by a UE (User Equipment) in the a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting random access preamble to the BS (Base Station); receiving response message including UL (Uplink) grant and TTI (Transmission Time Interval) bundling information; and performing UL transmission using the UL grant by TTI bundling operation.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for performing random access procedure by a UE (User Equipment) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
transmitting a random access preamble to a BS (Base Station); receiving a response message including an UL (Uplink) grant; receiving TTI (Transmission Time Interval) bundling information; and performing an UL transmission using the UL grant'by TTI bundling operation based on the TTI bundling information.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the TTI bundling information is received through the response message.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the random access preamble is for an MTC_UE (Machine Type Communication_UE).

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the TTI bundling information indicates whether the TTI bundling operation is applied to the UL grant or not.

5 . The method of claim 1 , whererin the TTI bundling information comprises TTI_BUNDLE_SIZE configured by at least one of the BS, a MME (Mobility Management Entity) or an S-GW (Serving-GateWay).

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the UL transmission by the TTI bundling operation comprises multiple UL transmissions without waiting for feedback in subsequent subframe until the TTI-BUNDLE_SIZE is elapsed.

7 . The method of claim 1 , whererin the TTI bundling information is received through at least system information or a paging message.

8 . A UE (User Equipment) for performing random access procedure in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
an RF (Radio Frequency) module; and a processor to control the RF module, wherein the processor configured to transmit a random access preamble to a BS (Base Station), to receive response message including UL (Uplink) grant, to receive TTI (Transmission Time Interval) bundling information, and to perform an UL transmission using the UL grant by TTI bundling operation based on the TTI bundling information.

9 . The UE of claim 8 , wherein the processor configured to receive the TTI bundling information through the response message.

10 . The UE of claim 8 wherein the random access preamble is for an MTC_UE (Machine Type Communication_UE).

11 . The UE of claim 8 , wherein the TTI bundling information indicates whether the TTI bundling operation is applied to the UL grant or not.

12 . The UE of claim 8 , whererin the TTI bundling information comprises TTI_BUNDLE_SIZE configured by at least one of the BS, a MME (Mobility Management Entity) or an S-GW (Serving-GateWay).

13 . The UE of claim 12 , wherein the processor further configured to perform multiple UL transmissions without waiting for feedback in subsequent subframe until the TTI-BUNDLE_SIZE is elapsed.

14 . The UE of claim 8 , wherein the processor configured to receive the TTI bundling information through at least system information or a paging message.
