Detachable Drinking Vessel

Abstract

The invention relates to an easy to use drinking vessel and container arrangement in which the drinking vessel is easily detachable from the container allowing contents of the container to be easily dispensed into the drinking vessel and be consumed by a user. The invention a container and drinking vessel where the container can be in the shape of a bottle and is provided with a drinking vessel resting on top of and secured to the container. The drinking vessel is provided with handle used to grip, grasp or otherwise manipulate the drinking vessel and is further constructed to separate from the container and is capable of receiving a product from the container.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A container and drinking vessel arrangement comprising a container and a drinking vessel wherein the drinking vessel rests on the top of and is secured to the container. 
     
     
         2 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 1  wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a handle used to grip, grasp or otherwise manipulate the drinking vessel. 
     
     
         3 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 2  wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a top portion and a bottom portion. 
     
     
         4 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 3  wherein the container and the drinking vessel are composed and constructed of the same material. 
     
     
         5 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 4  wherein the container and the drinking vessel are constructed to contain a product. 
     
     
         6 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 5  wherein the container and the drinking vessel are constructed such that the drinking vessel can separate from the container. 
     
     
         7 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 6  wherein the drinking vessel can receive a product from the container. 
     
     
         8 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 1  wherein the container and drinking vessel arrangement has a circular cross sectional shape. 
     
     
         9 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 1  wherein the container is provided on its top portion with a lip which lip is provided with screw threads and wherein the lip is capable of filing and or dispensing of a product from container. 
     
     
         10 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 9  wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a ridge integral with and raised up from a bottom portion of the drinking vessel and wherein the ridge is of a circular cross-section and wherein the ridge is provided with screw threads with the same pitch and sized to fit and secure with the screw threads of the lip on top of the container. 
     
     
         11 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 10  wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a handle used to grip, grasp or otherwise manipulate the drinking vessel. 
     
     
         12 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 11  wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a top portion and a bottom portion. 
     
     
         13 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 12  wherein the container and the drinking vessel are composed and constructed of the same material. 
     
     
         14 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 13  wherein the container and the drinking vessel are constructed to contain a product. 
     
     
         15 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 14  wherein the drinking vessel can receive a product from the container. 
     
     
         16 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 15  wherein the container and drinking vessel arrangement has a circular cross sectional shape. 
     
     
         17 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 16  wherein the drinking vessel has volume measurement indicia thereon. 
     
     
         18 . The container and drinking vessel arrangement of  claim 17  wherein the volume measurement indicia are located on the inside of the drinking vessel. 
     
     
         19 . A container and drinking vessel arrangement comprising
 a container in the shape of a bottle having a circular cross-sectional shape and a height dimension which is substantially greater than its cross-sectional dimension and wherein the container and drinking vessel arrangement is provided with   a drinking vessel resting on top of and secured to the container and wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a handle used to grip, grasp or otherwise manipulate the drinking vessel and wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a top portion and a bottom portion and wherein the container and the drinking vessel are composed and constructed of the same material wherein the container and the drinking vessel are constructed to contain a product wherein the drinking vessel is constructed to separate from the container and wherein the drinking vessel is capable of receiving a product from the container and wherein the container and drinking vessel arrangement has a circular cross sectional shape and wherein the container is provided on its top portion with a lip for the filing and or dispensing of a product and wherein the lip is provided with screw threads, and wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a ridge integral with and raised up from a bottom portion of drinking vessel wherein the ridge is of a circular cross-section and wherein the ridge is also screw threaded with the same pitch and skied to fit and secure with the lip on top of the container and wherein when the container and the drinking vessel are separable from each other by having drinking vessel being unscrewed from the container and being lifted vertically by a user gripping or grasping the drinking vessel handle and wherein the lip is constructed to receive or dispense a product from the container.   
     
     
         20 . A container and drinking vessel arrangement comprising
 a container in the shape of a bottle having a circular cross-sectional shape and a height dimension which is substantially greater than its cross-sectional dimension and wherein the container and drinking vessel arrangement is provided with   a drinking vessel resting on top of and secured to the container and wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a handle used to grip, grasp or otherwise manipulate the drinking vessel and wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a top portion and a bottom portion and wherein the container and the drinking vessel are composed and constructed of the same material wherein the container and the drinking vessel are constructed to contain a product wherein the drinking vessel is constructed to separate from the container and wherein the drinking vessel is capable of receiving a product from the container and wherein the container and drinking vessel arrangement has a circular cross sectional shape and wherein the container is provided on its top portion with a lip for the filing and or dispensing of a product and wherein the lip is provided with screw threads, and wherein the drinking vessel is provided with a ridge integral with and raised up from a bottom portion of drinking vessel wherein the ridge is of a circular cross-section and wherein the ridge is also screw threaded with the same pitch and sized to fit and secure with the lip on top of the container and wherein when the container and the drinking vessel are separable from each other by having drinking vessel being unscrewed from the container and being lifted vertically by a user gripping or grasping the drinking vessel handle and wherein the lip is constructed to receive or dispense a product from the container and wherein volume measuring indicia are located on the inside of the drinking vessel, to aid a user in pouring or dispensing a product from the container.
